Customer service reps Cameron and Lamine (?) were both very friendly and helpful. Lamine answered some initial questions from my wife. Cameron handled the reservation and questions that I had. It was a pleasure dealing with Cameron. He emailed me everything that he said he would right after our call.

Telephone service remedied online challenges
The website was not providing confirmation of our online booking, so we retried to submit it when an error popped up and said to call the toll free number. When we did, after a short waiting period, we were confirmed that the reservation went through, and were guaranteed on the trip. He also mentioned that email confirmations are batched processed every 15 minutes, so it did arrive soon after. Looking forward to the adventure.
