My preorder Necca Flash Gordon and Ming arrived today. Excellent packing in bubble wrap and in mint condition. So very happy.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I have a 17 yr old with special needs who’s ordered TWO Baylon figures from here. One his stepfather ordered Preorder five months ago. Not got it yet. The second he ordered. They cancelled the order with no explanation and he reordered it and still no figure. Promised he’d have them ages ago. Paid for them both already. Got neither. He doesn’t understand at all. When he contacted them he rudely got told they can just cancel the order and send his money back. Cos that is helpful when you’ve got a child with special needs who doesn’t understand & has waited FIVE MONTHS. Customer services are awful, actual ability to fulfill orders that are paid for. Awful.

A new company I just recently found out about. I placed an order for multiple items which came fast and secured within the same week. The fastest delivery I've ever had for NECA figures.

I will be using from them again. Highly recommended.
