Delighted with my hedgehog camera. Easy to order and fast delivery. Installation was straightforward.
With the movement alert I can see each time the hoggy comes and goes. Gives a really clear picture and I enjoy reviewing the recorded visits.
Unfortunately have a really old hog house and it seems to prefer that one at the moment, bought another camera to install in that one if opportunity arises!!

I incorrectly ordered wrong size extension lead for my dad’s bird camera that I bought in July. But after messaging the helpline, they were very prompt and helpful in making sure that i reordered correct one. Refund of initial one was processed quickly as well. Would definitely recommend

My order was damaged on delivery and it was replaced immediately, great service

Unfortunately the swift box I received was not of the high standard that I expected from Green Feathers having previously bought a bird box camera from them. There were cracks in the wood, and a bend which meant there was a gap. I expect it was a fluke and customer services were extremely helpful, initiating a swift (haha) refund - within an hour of me getting in touch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to still use the box so we will be donating the wood to a local cause.

Camera arrived on time. I already had the app icseepro so I tried to add the new camera and it asked for the device password. I cannot find this anywhere. Poor instructions.
After a poor review and having contact with a real person my problem is resolved. People are always going to be better and faster than a bot.

Green feathers are absolutely brilliant. I have two cameras, one on the hedgehogs in the garden and the other inside a swift nest.

The cameras have proved so vital for me. After setting up a local swift conservation group, the swift camera has been fantastic. The support team are great and helped me get the camera streaming live on YouTube which was a huge bonus to my project.

Green Feathers cameras are not just fun for us but a vital tool to promote swift conservation. Thank you Green Feathers for the fantastic products and brilliant tech support.

I have plans for additional Swift boxes and plan on wiring them up with more of these cameras in the future.
