Growatt Inverter Installation

Purchased a Growatt SPH3600 hybrid inverter and 6.5KWh battery together with installation. Happy with price and delivery/installation happened in agreed timeframe.

However, the engineer left me with an error showing on the inverter. The battery had been connected incorrectly which I had to get resolved. I was also left with no way of connecting to the monitoring app and had to install the ShinePhone app and get the engineers installation deleted before being able to connect to my inverter.

Raised these issues with Green Renewables and have been underwhelmed by their follow up!

2 stars for cost and timescales. Zero stars for technical competence.
