Arrived on time

Arrived on time. Phoned me a couple of days before delivery to confirm then the driver called about half an hour before arrival to let me know when he'd be on site. All in all, I'm impressed

Excellent Service

The delivery drivers were very polite and helpful. Whilst English was clearly a second language, they communicated well with me and followed instruction as to where to place the items.

Its a pity all delivery companies and their staff aren't this good

Late but in one piece

Late for the time slot and didn't let us know so waiting around was annoying. Delivered in one piece and on the day scheduled so overall satisfied.

Very poor company

Very poor company! Missing furniture finally delivered today but delivery men unhelpful. We had a dresser top delivered two days ago and when the sideboard was delivered today they refused to lift the top onto the base as this was seen as “assembly”
The Cotswold Company did not inform us about assembling anything ourselves.

Drivers were friendly and polite

Drivers were friendly and polite, good communication to say when they'd be here. However lacked equipment to do the job properly. Over an hour to fit 4 legs on a chair and that was only after help from my partner providing tool and assistance. Did remove all the rubbish.

I had 3 pieces of furniture delivered. The staff were friendly and helpful.
When I unpacked it, a shelf was missing, the crew found it on the van and returned next day to deliver it.

Very poor service with a damaged sofa…

Very poor service with a damaged sofa from the Cotswold company ( wet and dirty) eventually delivered after being told could not find my post code address despite it being available with map on a simple google search , as I showed the apparently clueless delivery men on their arrival. They left the sofa packed up and I assembled it and then discovered the damage ......I have dried and cleaned it myself as I couldn’t face seeing them again to take it back

Received delivery today

Received delivery today, very very poor service had 9 boxes delivered and they should of been delivered to the room of your choice instead they just said they would deliver into my garage! I have already complained to the Cotswold Company who clarified that all 9 boxes should have been delivered to my bedroom as it was all bed room furniture, now I have to wait for my son to come round, not impressed at all. They didn't seem to care.

A disappointing experience

Having waited a couple of weeks for a delivery date for my order from The Cotswold Co., I received a notification from Green2 that my item wouldn't be delivered on the date originally planned, less than 48 hours before the delivery was due. Such changes incur a £15 fee if made by the customer, but no such offer was made to me by Green2 at the time. When I enquired as to why the date had changed at such short notice, I was told that Green2 weren't going to be in my area. Is it not their job to be in my area, as a delivery company?

As for the experience on the new delivery date, Green2 were very haphazard in their approach - they messaged in the morning to say they were on their way, then again shortly after to say they were running two hours late, but then turned up at the time originally quoted. I was then simply left with the delivery in my living room, complete in its box, despite The Cotswold Co. stating that the item would be unpacked, setup, and all packaging material would be removed. I had to spend a couple of hours sorting out the cardboard and packing plastic and then make a trip to my local tip to dispose of everything.

Overall I was left disappointed by the service provided by Green2. I would have expected more from a company entrusted to deliver items from The Cotswold Co.

Excellent Service

We are not quite ready to unpack our furniture just yet and so the delivery guy very kindly carried it upstairs to a spare room for us. My husband and I were not looking forward to that task and so we were absolutely delighted that the delivery guy was happy to do it for us. Excellent service by a very polite guy.
