I am very pleased and impressed with both the product and the service. The sideboard really well made and the quality is very good. I was particularly pleased with the service, I was given a day of my choice, an update of a four hour slot was given me the day before and then a further update was sent to me 40 minutes before arrival. The men were very efficient, they took all the packaging away and placed the sideboard exactly where I wanted it. To sum up I would certainly recommend the furniture and the service.

Expensive chair arrived without legs, God knows when they will turn up!!!. And delivery drivers made a right mess of my cream carpet, Not even an apology😡😡😡

Our order turned up 1.5 hours after the end the scheduled time of delivery. Our scheduled time was 1pm - 4pm and the drivers arrived at 5.30pm. When they arrived, I asked why they didn't call me to advise of their ETA as the email I received suggested and their comment was 'it wasn't worth calling'. Once here, they scrapped our item along our wooden floor leaving a massive scratch which has taken wood out of the floor. When I said to them 'you are really late and have damaged our floor, one of the drivers simply lifted up his arms as if to say 'not my problem'. I will be expecting this damage to be fully rectified. Until The Cotswold Company partner with a different delivery company I will not be buying anything from them again.

Delivery was within the 5 hour timeslot but we were not given notice of when. They just arrived and unloaded our furniture. The table was assembled and was then extended. The delivery staff were not able to communicate in English to any great degree. We were left with the table fully extended after they left with no idea of how to shorten it! After struggling for some time we found the locks under the table. Not a good experience.

The delivery team were excellent as they waited till we got home and then unpacked and delivered our two items with care -thank you. In addition both the sideboard and tv cabinet are excellent- great build quality -thank you

Excellent service, the furniture was placed and unwrapped for us to check, they took away all the wrapping with them and were polite and courteous throughout

They delivered a heavy piece of furniture we had ordered. Delivery day confirmed the day before with a phonecall which was excellent to confirm we'd be in.
Very polite delivery crew, delivered within the time window. They asked where we wanted item and if OK to leave shoes on. Excellent service!

A truly professional service from start to finish. We were kept well informed throughout and on the day of delivery we received a text in the morning and another a short time before arrival. The 2 man crew were so polite and obliging despite having driven hundreds of miles to SW Wales in dreadful weather. They didn't even mind carrying the heavy item up our drive from the road due to building works. Your company and your service deserve the highest praise. Thank you for everything

Fantastic service, good communication all the way and arrived at the expected time. Furniture bought in by two chaps and put exactly where I wanted it.

The drivers were fantastic, called ahead to confirm the exact delivery time and when they arrived were polite and professional despite the access to the house not being easy. Nothing was too much trouble for them, would highly recommend them.

Friendly staff who delivered our furniture with great care, and were respectful of our home.

I was given a three hour time slot and then well informed on their ETA. They were able to find us (being a new build property) when another delivery company couldn't, which was a huge relief. They were polite, careful with the walls and agreed to wear shoe coverings. Furniture was delivered to the room and out in place. Very happy with the delivery.
