The two delivery men were friendly and helpful. They rang us half an hour before arrival (within the time slot we had been given). They then carried the 2 heavy mattresses and cover upstairs for us, as booked.

The only improvement in your company's service would be to be able to request a morning or evening slot, but it worked out fine for us anyway today.

Delivered within the time frame quoted.Very pleasant and efficient people. Happy to recommend.

My experience of having a large and heavy piece of furniture delivered was excellent. Communications were very good, delivery was exactly as notified and the delivery team efficient and helpful. For me it couldn't have been better.

Very good communication and my expectations were managed. Delivery was prompt and on the day that was proposed. The 2 delivery men were brilliant and so polite and helpful. Have had a very good experience and would certainly use Green2 again

This was a terrible delivery experience and you also sent the wrong items. I will obviously be leaving a review that reflects this.

We made two orders: 1 for a tv unit and 1 for two bedside tables. Instead on two bedside tables you sent 1 bedside table and a chest of drawers.

You also missed the original delivery date meaning me and my partner both had to take time away from work. We will now need to do this for a third time for you to deliver the correct order of 2 bedside tables.

The delivery driver refused to take the items back initially and then threatened to take both the orders back.

He was very abrupt and short with my partner for rightfully not wanting to accept a wrong order.

I tried to ring green 2 delivery twice to discuss but on both times the phone was picked up and then was instantly hung up on me.

Excellent from start to finish! My order was dispatched on Sunday and arrived by Tuesday. Green 2 delivery informed me of the date in which I should expect my delivery, gave me a courtesy call to check the date was convenient, followed by a 3hr time slot. The two delivery men called me when they were half an hour away then delivered the item to my room of choice. They managed to take a super king bed up two slights of stairs and round a very tight turn without marking any wall and completing it very fast! They were very polite and even took their shoes off for each trip from their van into my house. They were excellent, companies should use these more!

5* service from start to finish. I was very impressed that the delivery drivers unpack the furniture before they enter the house and take back all the packaging to be recycled, love this!

I would have put 5 stars but we had a late cancellation of the original delivery date which was very disappointing.
The delivery team are very efficient, careful and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very happy with this delivery company. Fantastic communication, turned up when expected, and the two guys delivering were friendly, helpful and managed to get the sofa through a quite tricky narrow hallway.

Just received my delivery from Cotswold company via Green2 - good communication, arrived when they said they would, unpacked furniture and took the packaging materials with them. Super happy.

Great service got my mattress delivered on time and plenty of texts to tell you what time it was nearly at your address would buy again not any problems from ordering to getting it delivered fab service

Good delivery. There was a clear time window and plenty of communication beforehand. Ours is a tricky street but they managed to deliver without any problems.

Perfect, professional service

The delivery of my bed has now been cancelled twice and both within hours of expected delivery times. This time they said they tried to ring me, which they didn’t and I have now tried to ring them back with no answer, the emailed me to say there was an warehouse error with no other explanation or another delivery date. We are now sleeping on the floor.

Furniture delivered today and no complaints what so ever. I received call confirming they were 12 mins away. The delivery guys were efficient, polite and professional.

Premium delivery cost but not delivered on arranged day. Then the items were unpacked by the delivery person/s and dragged up the concrete damaging them. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone unless you want delayed delivery and damaged goods.
