Excellent service from beginning to end drivers were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble . I wouldn’t of been so happy driving all the way to my house on New Year’s Eve .

The service was appalling

The service was appalling. They arranged 4 separate delivery slots before my sofa was delivered. The communication was really bad. They tried to deliver the wrong parcel. I would never use them again.

Classy cupboard.

Very pleased. Good quality, drawers and internal cupboards as expected. Delivery prompt and on time. I would recommend Cotswold company to others. 7.30am call for delivery was painful, but that’s just me.

Similar picture to so many of the one star reviews, terrible communication delivery drivers not turning up, weeks of chasing to rearrange deliveries. They finally turned up this morning to deliver a table top without any legs. Thanks green2 👍🏼

Totally Brilliant Service

Everything was excellent - communicated both by email and ‘phone regarding delivery time. Heavy furniture dealt with respectfully and efficiently. Would be very happy to use this company again.

Poor Service all round

I was told the delivery would be between 15:00 and 18:00 and someone would call when they were 20 minutes away. I waited in all afternoon and when 18:00 arrived and I had heard nothing I called them and was told the delivery would be made before 19:00 which it eventually was. Although I didn’t know it at the delivery time , my wife having made the order, they were supposed to unpack the furniture and take away the packaging. They didn’t offer to do this and being then unaware, I didn’t ask them to.
I had a huge pile of packaging and when my wife returned she was furious they hadn’t taken it away. I complained to the supplier ( Cotswold Company) and they refunded my delivery costs plus offered to cover the costs of me getting a contractor to take away the packaging . Excellent communication even though…

Excellent communication even though delivery had to be changed was kept informed at all stages. drivers carried very heavy piece of furniture into house and the room with no problems and care. would use again.

Shocking

Shocking, similar experience to the poor customer below. They were meant to deliver last Friday, waited around all afternoon and evening. Tried to contact driver who answered and then HUNG UP on me when I was in the middle of politely explaining the reason for my call. Delivery never arrived and no contact to say why.
Found out on Monday (only because I contacted the company who the goods were from!) that delivery was now coming yesterday - so I had to rearrange my whole day to accommodate this and then, yet again, waited around for it to arrive 2 hours late. They had outsourced my delivery to another company, it wasn't even Green 2 that delivered it (at least the guys from this other company were polite).
I have told the company I ordered the goods from NOT to use Green 2 for any of my subsequent deliveries.

Really awful

Really awful. It took 5 deliveries to receive our item, each delivery subsequently cancelled or delayed by Green2 for a variety of reasons - driver hours/warehouse issue/just didn't turn up/outside delivery window. I had taken 2 days off work for this, and 2 further work-from-home days. Not sure how they can aim to be 'green' or on their way to 'carbon-neutral' when it takes so many attempts to deliver. After the second failed delivery, they 'upgraded' me to a 'VIP customer', but this holds no standing whatsoever as my delivery didn't arrive for a further 3 times. It took 15 days in total. I've sent a complaint which hasn't even been responded to. God forbid I ever see Green2 as the fulfilment company for anything I ever buy in future.
