Excellent delivery service
I was very happy with the delivery. Communications from the office staff and drivers was efficient, friendly and polite.
I received phone calls and an email asking to confirm a delivery date/time. Once arranged, I was told I'd receive an email the evening before delivery giving me a 3 hour delivery slot and a phone call when the driver's were approximately 30 minutes away. Everything happened exactly as foretold.
The drivers were lovely, very friendly and helpful and took great care of the unit and delivered it carefully to the exact location in my house. They also offered to take off their outdoor boots.
The unit was beautifully packed, wrapped and protected.
All in all I was delighted with the service and wouldn't hesitate to 100% recommend to family and friends. Thankyou

Coffee table delivery
Very satisfied with the service provided by this company. Great communication. Had an email giving me a 3 hour window the day be before, then a text telling me they were 30 minutes away on the day and they rang when they arrived. The table was very well packaged and the delivery drivers were willing to carry the table right to my door.

Could not fault the delivery team, kept us informed of timing. Delivered a large unit, it was unpacked and placed where we wanted it, they took their shoes off for which we were great full as it is a new build site and quite muddy. Took the boxes etc away. Lovely team and well done. Thank you

Great experience from start to finish
All so good, from start to finish. The delivery was on time. The delivery team were very polite and helpful; not easy as they needed to deliver to 2nd floor via a narrow staircase. They did it; even offered to take off their shoes. I must appreciated the gesture.

Dining Chair Dropped on Driveway
I was called on the day of the planned Cotswold Company delivery of a dresser, table and four dining chairs to be told that they couldn't deliver until the next day due to driver sickness. I was kept informed by the office and notified by the driver of his arrival 30mins before he turned up, which was good.
The driver and his companion started unpacking the items on the driveway but they looked as though they were unfamiliar with the packing design. As a result of uncontrolled unpacking they dropped one of the dining chairs on the drive and scratched the paintwork down one side.
Everything else went to plan with the delivery and all items were brought into the house. The dresser was assembled as expected and the table was left for me to construct at my request.
They took the damaged chair back with them, telling me that I would get a replacement quicker that way. I have yet to discuss the situation with The Cotswold Company but am hoping for a speedy resolution and replacement.

We do like to keep our customers informed as soon as we are aware of any delivery changes but I can understand this can be frustrating. With regard to the damage caused to one of your dining chairs due to poor product handling, I have escalated this to our Learning and Development Manager to address with the crew as this is unacceptable - I am sorry to hear this has happened! I will also contact your retailer today; The Cotswold Company as part of our complaints process. Therefore a member of The Cotswold Team will be in touch with you today to discuss how to proceed next.
