just heard from few friends furst time buyers thath last min before completing the went up with 20k or 15 k there drive first time buyers mad after having the mortgage be avoided

Didn't show up to a viewing, waited for 25 minutes, called 9 times before I finally got through and they tried to fob me off with conflicting excuses.

We worked with Greenco in many occasions. They have our complete trust from the start - budget parameters, property choices , negotiation, completion follow up and then sensible maintenance work and let.
Greenco would also update us the market situations, legislative change and any innovative property investment ideas. It's not a basic property management co but aproperty investment consultant too. Talk to them and maybe you will find your ideal investment!
