We looked into Air source heat pump following our oil boiler reaching its end of life. I put in an online enquiry and was contacted promptly by their staff who were friendly and courteous. They arranged a home survey at a suitable time and the gentleman who attended was also a pleasure to deal with. We were given a competitive quote for a new gas boiler as ASHP ended up not being suitable for our property. All in all a pleasant experience and we would recommend them to anyone looking to get an idea of what's out there in this area.

We decided to get solar panels and gave Greener Energy a call. A visit was arranged and a system was proposed that suited our needs. Everything was explained as too the work involved. We asked about some options and was given a price there and then but we were not put under any pressure to order. The work was done three weeks later with minimal fuss.

From the first call they were prompt and professional. We set up a meeting for a survey of my house to see what would be required. Billy knew what he was talking about as I had done research, and he confirmed quite a bit of the information and broadened my knowledge on the air-source heating equipment I was looking for. The options were great, and the finance options were good too. Laura followed up after the visit to see if they could proceed. Unfortunately, the cost was just too far out of my pocket. Even through interest free finance was on offer I felt it was just too much for me to afford at this moment whilst gas is still readily available. I would have proceeded with Greener Energy as I felt secure with their work ethics and the information they readily supplied. Thank you.

The whole experience was good. The salesman knew his stuff and was very helpful. The electricians were good, polite and very unintrusive and quick. The roofers were also very good.

Very professional. No issues at all with the service.

Faultless service, unfortunately due to living in a conservation area in a listed building there was insufficient roof space to fit the necessary number of solar panels for the size of the property. The surveyor (George) was open and honest about the situation and advised against solar panels and left leaving us with a few options to consider. Very professional service which was followed up from Laura requesting a customer feedback assessment.

Joe visited my property and provided a clear explanation of the options involved in installing a heat pump. I received a follow-up telephone call from Laura who provided helpful advice.

Energy prices are getting out of control so I decided to do some fact finding in relation to options available to me in an attempt to reduce my costs.

Greener Energy were one of many companies competing online for customers Their web page was attractive and easy to follow . Laura assisted me and set a up home survey to answer my questions.

Craig arrived on time and was very helpful in his manner and presence.

Unfortunately my roof was not suitable for solar panels but there was another option and that was to fit a storage battery that could be charged during cheap electricity periods if I liaised with Octopus Energy.

Sadly these 10kw batteries are around £7K for supply and installation. There was no pressure put on me at any point just the information I required to make a decision.

On this occasion I decided not to progress.

Stuart arrived on time and was professional and well informed and gave a comprehensive explanation of the process of changing to an air-source heating system and the costs involved. Laura, whom I spoke to on the phone, was friendly and helpful.

My experience with Chloe the contact I had for guiding me the process of applying for grant and the steps to installation. has been exceptional. She has kept me up to date at every step of the way and been very patient due to delays in getting the grant Chloe is a asset to the greener energy group.

Sales person seemed so genuine but now have doubts.
Booked through Octopus who gave a price and 0% interest option.
similar price offered by sales person but said this was a one week offer. Red flag.
I asked about 0% finance , said that was just for octopus customers in england.Actually says 0% on thier own website. ...hmmmmmmm

Work was carried out quickly and efficiently, everything was fully explained and if unsure you had the very helpful help line 👍👍👍👍

I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company as rude as greener energy. Service engineer doesn’t turn up so I called to see what’s happening. Apparently they tried to call however there is no record of missed calls or even a voice message. That just the tip of the ice berg. We’ve got leaking radiators and we’re still repairing damage from installation. I wish we had done more research and chosen another company.

As an update to my review. I received a call from the company concerned about the level of service we had received. I spoke to Tony who went away and investigated what had happened. He worked really hard to rectify the issue and by early evening he had. I’m very pleased with response and with the way he dealt with it.

Great annual service of our Valliant Boiler and integrated Air Source Heat Pump. Martin is very knowledgeable, efficient and effective at carrying out our service.

a call out to Ryan Wright who serviced our heat pump , due to the weather I really didnt think anyone could get to us , but he did eeven though his van was stuck numerous times on our hill . The service was quick and he sorted a niggling problem that we have had over the past year
