Had our second annual service today with Andy who clearly knows his stuff and cares about doing a professional job for his clients. He phoned before he arrived and was pleased to answer any questions and deal with issues outside his programmed schedule. Thanks Andy

I moved into a house with an ASHP installed. Greener living have always been so helpful with me getting maintenance checks set up, getting the MELcloud connection and helping with any question I have had. Big shout to Mark who has always been great for customer service.

Straight forward simple heat pump service. Daniel was friendly and helpful throughout.

Had 2nd annual service with Andy today on my ASHP, he called to let me know he was on his way , explained fully what he was going to do and how long it would take. Really please with him and the service he gave hopefully he will service my ASHP next year too.

Easily booked. Half hour notice on the day. Sorted minor problem (filter clean). Very polite and friendly.

Had our second service today with Andy, rang before to tell me when he expected to arrive after having to make a detour because of an accident on the motorway. Quick, efficient, friendly service.

Annual servicing

Just had a service from Daniel, who was thorough, very helpful and a nice chap too.

Fixed some issues with my heat pump, showed me how to monitor pressure and fixed one small issue. Top guy. Fast, efficient and great job.

Thankyou to Greener Living Ltd and especially Daniel, for coming to service my Air Source Heating. Very polite, knowledgeable and clean. Was able to answer my questions and give me advice on best way to run the system.

So today I had my second annual service, the engineer was Daniel, and I can honestly say he’s the best thing I have yet experienced about greener living, after 2 years of let downs, disappointments and false hope he finally restored a little faith. Greener living….if you want to improve what customers think of your company, take a look at what Daniel does, he’s incredibly knowledgable, polite and hard working and explained along the way what he was doing and why. Genuinely delighted with his work ethic and attitude!!
Now….if only I could get you to rectify the issues and false promises from when I had the system installed 2 years ago that supposedly your MD was looking in to and was going to ‘make good’ I suppose having only paid £15500 for the system it would be too much to ask for it to be installed properly??

We had our second annual service today by Daniel. Very courteous & polite, called ahead to check we ok him arriving earlier than our appointment. He has given the system a very good service & rectified issues we were unaware of, explained everything to us & made sensible recommendations for better efficiency of our system & how we can reduce our energy bills.
Thanks Daniel , my husband was very happy with the water temperature & your overall service & advice given. He has requested you come back next year :)

My review is about Mark from customer service. I have had so many issues and still are with Greener Living but Mark has kept in touch and done his best to resolve the ongoing problems. He is polite, professional and calls back when he said he will.

Had my annual service done by Oliver from greener living. Did a great job and showed me how to monitor the system correctly myself to make sure I do not hopefully have any issues with my HSP in the future

I got to talk to Mark (not a robot) who was really polite and helpful who got me in touch with them right people. My problem was sorted within 30 minutes. Very happy

Impressions
I have been delighted so far with the service from Greener Living. Their installers and engineers are courteous and efficient and consulted me as a new customer. On the phone office staff are quick to respond to phone enquiries and questions and look for answers and solutions. Today Lucia dealt with some complicated enquiries and got back to me quickly with answers. Greener Living is a good company.

I’ve had a heat pump system fitted this week and unfortunately the thermostat loss connection. I called the office and spoke to Mark and Emma and they both were very helpful. They provided all the information needed to get the system connected and with half hour I have my heat kicking in again. They were very courteous and I’m very appreciative of their help. Thank you Helen

Had my boiler serviced yesterday by Andy he was very polite and took his shoes off as soon as he saw my beige carpet. He arrived on time.

I would like to say thank you to Andy who carried out the service on the ASHP that was installed in Nov 2021. GL should do themselves a favour and employ more people like Andy, then maybe their customer service would be raised to a higher level.
