Just had a Solar system fitted to a rental. This firm is so professional 👏. Interaction between myself and GreenGenUK was easy. A big thank you especially to Jordan, Finn and Kiran, you boys were great. Now for the air source system to be fitted in a few weeks time. Looking forward to working with you guys again. I used GreenGen to install an AirSource Heatpump. Installation was completed by Jack and Isaac who were professional and accomodating. There was an issue with the Heatpump itself (i.e. some loose wiring), which was no fault of GreenGen, and caused a delay in the installation due to fault finding so I would recommend installing when you don't need the heating in case you face a similar issue. GreenGen were helpful and communicative throughout so I would recommend especially as they organise the claiming of the grant.

After having a serious pigeon problem with them nesting under my solar panels, GREENGEN helped solve the problem by removing panels so I could clean debris from birds then replacing them after and fitting a pigeon proof mesh to stop birds from attempting to nest again.
GREENGEN also fitted a brand new solar meter and battery with will help save me more money on my bills. The guys that did the work were amazing. Definitely recommend GREENGEN

Required a battery installed, quoted three options with pros and cons very helpful, surveyed a week later and installed a week after that, Jordan and Treeve carried out a nice neat installation and cleaned up after themselves, explained the system and how to use it and helped download the app, highly recommend.

From the 8th - 24th July I had an air source heat pump installed at my mums bungalow. Jack G and Archie the plumbers done a quality job and made sure everything was installed where we wanted it to be. Jordan and John the sparkies done a quality job with the electrics and explained everything thoroughly and how to work it. I would highly recommend the GreenGenUK team from start to finish.

We have recently had the GreenGenUK team install a Tesla Powerwall - completing the set of air-source heat pump and solar panels, which were installed last year - and we have been extremely pleased with the professional and friendly manner in which the installation was carried out. I would like to give compliment Cameron, Treeve and the electrical team who sorted out a really unusual problem related to how the GivEnergy battery system they installed interacted with our PodPoint car charger. It took quite a bit of research and a few attempts, but it is all sorted now and both systems are working perfectly. Definitely, evidence of being prepared to go the extra mile to get it fixed. Well done.

Jordan has just installed an Eddi for us to maximise the benefits of energy from our solar panels. A very pleasant and efficient engineer. Well pleased with his work, as we are with all the work down by GreenGen

Huge thanks to the GreenGenUK team. We wanted to invest in solar power and an EV charger for my Mum's cottage and had GreenGenUK recommended by a friend. It is a big step and one of those purchases you really want to get right from the start. Being based in Cornwall, we also wanted to support locally. This team ticks all the boxes from kindly answering all my questions (There were a lot!) during the pre-install phase to the brilliant on-site team of Jake and Dan (Electrics) and Simon and Kyran (Roof), who were all just first-class. Professional, polite, great communication, helpful and informed. All round a joy to work with (Especially as I was having to work in parallel at the cottage). If you are looking to go green, go GreenGenUK! THANK YOU!

Highly recommended. Just had panels, inverter & battery with double EPS plug fitted. Scaffolding included, all within 4 days. Simon(+1) did an excellent job fitting the panels on the roof on day 1 with Jake(+2) doing all the electrical day 2&3. Scaffolding down day 4. All the team were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and very friendly throughout. Not the cheapest on the market however the quality of work was worth it. All the tech stuff (apps etc) installed and explained before leaving, help line available for when we forget it all. Good supply of Tea, Coffee and choc biscuits did help. Excellent job, well done GreenGen.

We are very happy with the way the work was carried out on our heat pump installation . The plumbing team of Jack G , Dale and Archie , were hard working , left everything clean neat and tidy at the end of each day . They were all very polite and respected our property and answered our questions as worked progressed .
The electrician team lead by Cameron were equally hard working , tidy and polite . Cameron was very patient and helpful at explaining the operation of the system .

The two young men were very helpful. Explained what had to be done.
I can’t guarantee that we understood everything but they seemed to know what they were doing.

Jordan and John were really helpful and patient to explain the system on the app, laptop and the external boxes. I’m also reassure that I can call on them if I have any queries.

Cameron and Trieve are really great guys and helped sort out the issues with the Eddi and Zappi. They were thorough in their work ensuring all the systems worked. Checked out the energi app and explained its operation.

Excellent communication from the start and really good service from knowledgeable people at every step. Our installation of heat pump and radiators was complicated but carried out with no fuss and I was kept informed at all times of what was happening. There was no mess and the house was left spotless. I would like to personally thank Ben whose installation of insulated copper piping could be displayed in the Tate, it is a work of art! Thanks to Ben and the reasonably good weather the two weeks never felt like disruption, I often work from home and the entire team were a pleasure to have around. Plus I now have lovely new radiators in rooms that previously had no heating at all and it works beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GreenGenUK
