Greenhous “bought” my car through Carwow on 7th January 2025 (Danny Minshall) They didn’t respond to any emails from myself or from Carwow directly. This has resulted in me having to relist my car for sale with Carwow now on the 22nd January 2025 so they’ve wasted 15 days chasing them
Hopefully the ability for them to buy through Carwow will be removed. Totally wasted my time
Excellent service, due to the recent passing of our dad they were very attentive.

Booked to go and see a used car and paid a £99 reservation fee. Car wasn’t up to scratch - had some accident damage so we didn’t buy it. They assured me my £99 fee would be refunded, and it wasn’t. Have chased twice further and still no refund - as they say - you pays your money and makes your choice - mine would be to never go back!

Booked in for service in August and the health check found a broken coil spring, we were advised that the parts were on long term back order, approx 6 weeks which turned into 19 weeks 😩
We cannot fault the care and service received, from Daniel and the team at Greenhous Nissan Shrewsbury, and thank you so much for the “breakdown car” provided, we would have struggled so much without it 😊

We had been considering updating our car for a newer model, and located one of interest on sale at Greenhous Shrewsbury. We telephoned to check it was still available and spoke to Esme, who was very helpful and friendly and agreed a time that day to view the car, and were told it would be ready to test drive upon our arrival, and we were given plenty of time to do that.
Having made the decision we would like to have this car, a good deal was agreed with Esme for our part exchange, and the paperwork completed, with a date agreed to collect the new car.
The service overall was excellent, with everything explained clearly, and we were very impressed with the friendly and professional way we were treated.

Wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible. Got an extortionately expensive x trail from this garage. The tailgate wouldn’t automatically lift even when it was still in the showroom, didn’t care ! It stopped providing any sound, alarms going off locking keys in car, all sorts, from battery faults in May of 2024, took it into the garage, they said it was fine when it wasn’t, therefore did nothing to it, and admitted that! so of course it broke down again in November, badly so. It had a massive list of failures due to battery problems again. Had to call out RAC as it had locked the doors including the passenger one which had trapped my 90year old mum inside on a bitterly cold day, she had pneumonia not long ago so when we eventually managed to get drivers door unlocked had to haul her over to the drivers side to get her out, as Nissan weren't interested in helping, and rac was going to take 3 hours ! It was my daughter’s wedding, nice. Eventually got it to start with rac who said it had a ridiculous list of faults and take it straight to garage, who of course weren’t open ! So had to take it home. It emergency stopped when it shouldn’t and all sorts of thing going wrong so obviously I was not going to drive it again all the way back to Shrewsbury, I asked them to collect it on a low loader, to which the answer was “too short staffed”and “no, we’re not doing that.”Bring it in or it can just be the most expensive purchase you ever made sitting on your drive. They don’t care. Not heard from them in 2weeks, they have just washed their hands of a car not fit for purpose! Contacted customer service who are as good as them, not done anything in over a week. Asked at the beginning if we had a courtesy car yet, I said no, and that’s it, nothing. Do not buy a Nissan, they are appalling cars that will try and hurt you with their unreliability, I have a feeling insurance know and wouldn’t cover if there was an accident from a known failing battery. Greenhous are rude and unhelpful and from other reviews it’s a normal pattern. Their customer service are not doing anything, of course and I have no idea where I go from here as it will cost me a fortune to get it there on a low loader, and I’m not going to drive that wreck anywhere right now !

So eventually some time later they had to actually collect and fix this car and admitted the battery failed, just appalling that these people behave like this. The car has continued to have electrical issues, emergency brakes apply randomly, very dangerous ! The whole

Service this week, took it in and they had messed up and not booked it on their list, then proceeded to tell us that it wasn’t a booking confirmation we received despite a reminder email shown to them with the time date etc and we were completely wrong. The date they said they had was one we said we couldn’t do and so they put the phone down on us! We then booked the one we took it for online. We left as very dubious about their abilities anyway. Amazingly the Telford branch serviced it the very next day, courtesy car and helpful, even fixed the tailgate lift that never worked from new and Shrewsbury said they weren’t really bothered as to why it didn’t work, or incapable of fixing it ?? ! seem to be in a different league and have been very helpful. Thankful for that ! I will be escalating to the ombudsman, as it seems head office is as bad as them looking at reviews, they must have get togethers to teach unprofessionalism ! the good garages don’t attend ! All I can say here is don’t buy a Nissan, the car is dangerous and unreliable, and the majority of dealerships are appealing like Shrewsbury ! Read the main Nissan reviews ! Shocking !
