The car was collected on time
The car was collected on time, serviced and mot’d.New tires fitted and one other repair carried out satisfactorily. I also received a video of my vehicle inspection which was useful. The vehicle was returned at the agreed time.

Always great service
Always great service, friendly staff who don't try and upsell, have my interests at heart and clearly know their stuff about cars. Good value and great service.
Only thing id improve, is that they are so far away from Hereford! But worth the journey.

Poor service department
The service department really lets the garage down from rude members of staff to unnecessary work being identified. On turning to another named franchise the same work was not identified as needing doing for a further two years. The car continued to pass its M.O.T
I no longer use Nissan service department and would not recomend.

An absolute shambles of a logistics…
An absolute shambles of a logistics company. Arranged to purchase that was to be delivered to a Port in Scotland as they do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
So attempting to organise a Ferry crossing from Ireland to Scotland the representative Sam was impossible to contact and so trying to coordinate boat timings on a delivery expected in 2-3 days was made even more difficult.
Was then advised that the car would be available for collection no earlier than 12 noon and that the driver needed to be out of the Port by 1:50 as this was the time of the last scheduled bus leaving which is quite frankly ridiculous, if this is how they go about their logistics it tells you everything that you need to know

Excellent customer service
Brought my Juke in for a full service . All done . They vacuumed and washed my car . Very much appreciated. Jason explained to me about my service. Very helpful young man. I had to return because my front windscreen washer wasn’t working. All sorted. Tom your brilliant sales man then helped choose my next juke . It was the last day of the month . He asked if I could buy it today . I had a test drive which was very helpful due to there being many changes in the later model No handbrake was one of the changes. I agreed to buy that day . We moved my things from the one car to the other . I took my new Juke home . There are going to vallet it for me . I arranged a day for that to happen. So nice to find staff that made me feel important. Were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable went well above service that you find elsewhere. Thankyou Tom . Excellent salesman.

I got the car I wanted at a great price from Nissan. The service from Dean was excellent from our initial phone call, arriving by train, taken to the dealership and everything was ready to make collection as smooth as possible. It’s the best car buying experience I have had and would highly recommend them. Thanks
