I bought a Greenmech road towing…

I bought a Greenmech road towing chipper several years ago and can't rate them highly enough. After my local dealer moved away and I had an issue with the chipper I contacted Greenmech direct who sent out a really nice guy ( Neil Hussey ) who took away my machine and left me with a replacement. No charge. First class service from everyone I dealt with at The company.

Have been given a cs100…

Have been given a cs100 Woodchester,mainly because not working.
Went through the normal checks no luck.
Spoke to service department and they took me through various things and after 2 conversations problem solved.
Special mention to Jason in service department..friendly clear and concise and nothing seemed a problem
