In 2019, after a thorough search online, I purchased the 5-piece Mayflower cookware set from Greenspan. I use the pans daily. Initially on a gas stove, and since 2023 on a new Etna induction cooktop. All the pans now show varying degrees of rust on the underside. The largest pan, with a diameter of 24 cm, recently developed an annoying problem: irreparable damage has developed on the induction cooktop in the form of a wide ring. This ring is irreparable.

After this discovery, I no longer dare use this or the other pans in the set.

I purchased a set of frying pans on July 5th, and started using only one ladle from the set 2 weeks ago, the coating has already completely peeled off its edges. this is a great disappointment, considering that I have had several pans of your brand for several years now and they serve perfectly. I thought this inexpensive kit would be a good investment, but I was wrong.

The products are really nice, I like that they are PFA free. I like my tosti maker a lot. Just had problem with the address for shipping and communication with the company went wrong. However in the end everything was sorted out and I got my tostimaker.

I have been looking for a non-stick pot for a long time, and finally found it by GreenPan. The quality is very good and it’s also easy to clean.

So far, I’m really impressed with GreenPan's service! I haven’t tried the pans yet (still waiting to use them), but I wanted to leave a quick review about how great the experience has been so far. Their delivery was super fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Customer service has also been smooth and helpful, which makes a big difference. I’ve also been reading a lot of positive comments from other users, which definitely motivated me to give GreenPan a try.

Good quality pans, sturdy, easy to clean, fast cooking. This is something you look for in a pan! I am happy to choose Greenpan after my research for several “pan-candidate”. My choice goes to Valencia Pro set, since many of the reviewer have conducted research and compared it with other brands.

It also fast delivery. I hope these pans will last longer!

The pans feel sturdy and well-crafted, with a clear sense of quality. I’ve only used them for a few days so far, but they’ve performed impressively. The real test, of course, comes with long-term use — but I have a strong feeling they’ll hold up. Also, pricing is competitive with the discount.

I was reminded to give feedback about my experience, I choose to wait until I receive my product-which is never happened- so decided to share today when I got the email from greenpan stating that my order was refunded without giving any detail. Moreover, I was the one who got in contact with them and asking the status of my order when I did not receive any update after my order. So disappointing and unproffesional!

I found the entire process of purchasing, delivery and sending a customer service request very smooth and easy. When I had sent in my request via email, I was given clear instructions on how to follow up.

I had an issue with one of my GreenPan ceramic frying pans that started sticking after a while. I reached out to their customer service, and I was truly impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled everything. They asked a few questions, and without any hassle, they offered to replace the pan.

Fast shipping. pan is robustly built and the ceramic non-stick worked fantastic the 3 times I've used the pan.

I ordered a grill and it arrived broken. although I filled out the return request I haven’t receive any assistance or the instructions to return the product.
