Het spijt ons zeer te horen van de problemen met uw kookgerei. Dit probleem kan eenvoudig worden opgelost! Het is waarschijnlijk dat er een laagje gecarboniseerde olie op uw pan is ontstaan, waardoor er een barrière ontstaat tussen de pan en uw eten. Wanneer dit gebeurt, kookt u in feite op de olielaag in plaats van op het oppervlak van de pan. Deze laag is mogelijk niet zichtbaar. Deze reinigingsmethode is zeer succesvol gebleken en kan worden gebruikt wanneer u vlekken en/of aanbakken opmerkt. Voor het beste resultaat probeert u deze methode twee keer. Zodra u klaar bent, kunt u de pan weer op de normale manier afwassen met zeep en een spons. Vul de pan halfvol met water en breng het ongeveer 2 minuten aan de kook. Giet het water af en plaats de pan op een stevige ondergrond, zoals een houten snijplank. Gebruik voorzichtig een Mr. Clean Magic Eraser op het warme oppervlak; dit zou moeten werken. I’ve purchased from Greenpan twice because I love the material and the design. The packaging is also excellent. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but I think of it as an investment.

So disappointed
So disappointed! We have had these pans for less than two months and already we need to throw them as everything gets stuck to the middle of them. I got one small and one large and it was a huge waste of money! After one month everything started to stick. That’s just not okay with how much I spent on these pans. It was the first time I thought I’d spend more so I can get quality pans and instead got the worst pans I’ve ever had

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Company!
If I could give zero stars, I would. We mistakenly ordered the wrong pans and tried to return them immediately upon receiving them. For the past two months, we’ve been trying to contact GreenPan to arrange a return, but they simply do not respond.
Now, we’re stuck with six pans and pots that we cannot return because the company refuses to communicate. It’s incredibly frustrating to experience such poor service.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value good customer service.

Definitely not a non stick pan
I used the pan 2-3 times, i seasoned it properly and let it get hot before using but everything sticks and it's impossible to clean. I requested a refund

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased a pan set at a high price, and after using the first pan for a simple task like cooking eggs on a regular stove, it showed discoloration. I contacted customer service right away, but to my surprise, I never received any response! I used the second pan as well, and it also discolored under the same conditions. I am extremely frustrated by the poor quality of the product and the complete disregard from your customer service team. I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid, and the lack of even the slightest effort to resolve this issue is unacceptable. I will never recommend this brand to anyone.
