Beware!

Found out my payments were sent in late and would continue to be late causing me a late fee. Was not contacted saw it on my credit card bill. So with sign up fee , monthly fee and late fee I was paying more with your company. Could not fix late fee because credit card was not flexible with changing due date. And payment sent from your company not flexible.
Horrible experience!
No help!

debt program

I chose to work with your program because I was facing financial difficulties and needed help managing my debt.

The part I am disappointed with is that not all of my credit card accounts were included in the program. Unfortunately, the situation has now become even more challenging. Several of my creditors have sent my accounts to collections due to the outstanding balances, and trying to manage these collection accounts has been extremely difficult.

I was hoping the program would make things easier during a difficult financial period, but instead I feel that my situation has become even more complicated and stressful.

Not helpful for my situation

The agent was a bit negative and actually made me feel bad about my financial situation. I thought this was a free service since it was offered from my credit union but I came to find that it’s not free.

The app is very useful and getting a live person on the phone is not difficult. I am very pleased with the decision I made. I

Calming Resolution

Easy and smooth process. The hardest part and most time-consuming was going through the process of listing bills and income. But when you say it out loud and write it down, it puts reality in check. Those who helped were kind. Happy spirits that didn't seem judgmental. Honestly, I don't know why we didn't think to do this sooner.
