Fraudulent and harassment company!

I have received so many phone calls from this company it’s ridiculous. My entire voicemail is used up by them, calling 10ish times a day, sometimes minutes apart, all with different numbers. I have blocked them. I have pressed 9 to be taken off the list. The calls keep coming and coming. I just called back 5 separate times and talked to a live agent to ask how i stop the harassment, and each time they hung up once.

I have received more robo calls representing GREEN RIVER FINANCE than I can recall. In 1 week alone, 36 calls went to my voicemail. I continue to hit 9 to be removed from their call list and the calls continue to come. I block the numbers and another number comes in from the same representation - latest is Charlie from Buffalo NY, Green River Finance. When I asked to be removed, he hung up on me. I wouldn't do business with them if they offered me $70K FREE!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO WON'T ABIDE BY A LAW TO REMOVE PEOPLE FROM THE CALL LIST WHEN REQUESTED!!

I applied for a loan Monday Oct 17, 2022. I'm a returning customer. Now we're on Thursday Oct 20,2022.
I've been told to be patient, their having trouble with the bank portals. Well if this is the case, perhaps telling your customers ahead of time. I canceling and won't deal with them ever, ever again.

There is a saying: "Be careful on what you wish for". As a first time home buyer in a very difficult situation when in the market to purchase my house, I wished for a good mortgage broker to help me get a mortgage. Then, Anthony was put in my path. And I got an AMAZING, FABULOUS mortgage broker. From the beginning to the end Anthony was friendly, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, tactful and honest. But best of all, he delivered. I got my mortgage and my dream home. Anthony and his team are very hard workers and very efficient. They can turn a very stressful mortgage process into a pleasant experience. That's why they are so amazing. I can't thank Anthony enough, but thanks a million for helping me get my dream home. This was my third refinance and the easiest by far. I was given the best rate which was way below the two other quotes I received (including my previous mortgage co.). It was very quick, completed in a few weeks and performed around my schedule. I have recommended them to my family and friends. This was a very good experience. Thank you.

You weren't very helpful. You know person money and take chance the lender being legit. You should give people a chance. You got every dime it back .I rate you very poor

Anthony Sacco was our mortgage broker and he is the best!!!! For us he helped a lot 24/7 and no matter if weekend or night he always replied with all the questions for more than a year. Thanks to Anthony and his team ((Danielle) we bought our dream home 🏡. Really recommend it!!!!

Anthony Sacco was our mortgage broker who worked for GRC Mortgage. Anthony actually introduced us to our realtor Loraine so HUGE thank you for that!! Most people say purchasing a home is super complicated and closing always gets delayed. That was the absolute complete opposite with us. Anthony had our loan all approved and ready to go in a matter of of 45 days!!! He was so responsive and answered all ONE BILLION questions I have. Buying a home is one of your biggest purchases in life and Anthony never made me feel as if I couldn't ask him any questions. Along with that he ALWAYS answered within a matter of 15 minutes no matter what time or where he was. Anthony, also fought to get us the lowest rate 2.875% along with getting cash back towards our down payment!!! By far the best person I dealt with in the (mortgage broker field)!

I feel indebted within my heart to write Anthony Sacco an amazing review. As a recent first time homeowner, Anthony really went above & beyond! We started this process right before Corona, as if buying a home isn’t stressful enough. I can’t even begin to explain how much Anthony was there for me. I literally asked an average of 15 questions everyday and never once did Anthony make me feel like a bother. He was so professional, sweet and best of all extremely patient. He was also knowledgeable and knew everything without hesitation. I can go on for days, but the point is I HIGHLY recommend him! If I ever need another house, I’m using him again! I purchased my very first home about a month ago now. I had the pleasure of working with green river, but more specifically Anthony Sacco.
