More keen on taking money than securing the work
Terrible cowboy work.
No correct spacing on the new fencing, shed height far too low, fence posts already wobbling, shed concrete flooring jagged and uneven.
Worst of all is the shed door won't lock, and the rear gate installed that backs onto an alleyway can't be locked from the outside and now can't even be closed.
Twice when I asked for them to come round and replace the doors, they let themselves in through the back gate despite it being locked (the door was that bad) without letting anyone knowing they were on their way, then they just patched bits over rather than replacing or fixing them making them look and function even worse.
My last call to them when saying both doors now don't close or lock a month after the job I was told they couldn't come round for over 2 months, despite being promised 2 weeks back they'd send someone. I said I'd have to bring items in from the shed as they're no longer safe or secure and was told "well you gotta do what you gotta do".
This was also just after having my number blocked when I tried to call and ask if they were coming to fix it.
