Needed a car for an hospital emergency…

Needed a car for an hospital emergency and had a car right close to me with full deposit. Was super convenient and, spite some scratches on the outside, both sides in the front and one on the back right side, and some dust inside, the driving experience was amazing. Thank you!

We won’t use the service of Greenwheels ever again.

Rented a car via Greenwheels. The car was scratched and dirty inside, on top of that, on the way we noticed the wheel was punched. Contacted a customer service to report the problem and asked if we could go with the car to the location where another car was available and leave the damaged one there, since I am 7 months pregnant and walking 7km is not an option for me. Instead we were told to bring the car back to the original location and walk from there to another one. We won’t use the service of Greenwheels ever again.

good car, good service, less happy with Bluetooth dependency

Very good car, very friendly and efficient customer service, less happy with the electric cars for completely depending on Bluetooth connection to open and use the car.
I couldn't connect my Android phone's Bluetooth to two different cars. I then activated the Greenwheels app on an iPhone, and Bluetooth was successfully connected to that phone. This was very inconvenient, stressful, and time-consuming. The lack of a key is also inconvenient, requiring you to rely on your phone and app. If you walk too far away from the car, the doors lock, and you have to reconnect and unlock them, etc.

Good,Easy Ride

The Vehicle was in operating order, found it right in its spot, and there was minimal damage to the car. It ran fine, good gas milage, and the app made the experience eeasy! Also, called the customer service line and got a real person!

Beware

Beware: Read all one-star reviews before using this service. I can no longer recommend this unethical company, as yesterday they demanded I pay a €75 fee for a piece of gum that I clearly had nothing to do with. Despite years of being a faithful customer, the company decided to steal money from users by making up false claims, and there's nothing you can do about it. Choose one of the many other car rental services instead.

Greenwheels is affordable and…

Greenwheels is affordable and convenient which is great. The first time I used it I didn't use the calculate trip section correctly (it's automatically set at 0km) so I was very surprised at my first bill but I acknowledge it's user error. Unfortunately last night I also had an issue where the location of the car was very unclear and the app only showed me the street address (number) after booking.

that was all good

that was all good. I liked the Seat car. To be honest, I didn't like Wolkswagen UP cars.

The last feedback is about UX of using app. When I want to do end booking, I have to start booking and then able to finish booking. This is very weird :) But geen probleem :) I liked the Greenwheels

Horrendous rental experience

Horrendous rental experience.
Using them from time to time, but my last time was indeed terrible.
Went to pick up the car - it wasn't there.
Called their support - they insisted the car was there. It wasn't. So they understood it was probably towed away.
Had to go and pick up a different car. With 3 family members. Already late for a family event 50km away.
Reached the car. Was full of broken window glass that I assume was replaced, but broken glass wasn't removed.
Seat was positioned all the way back - couldn't move it forward as broken glass was stuck in the seat rails. Support didn't answer the phone this time.
Had to drive over 100km with the worst driving position, returned with an aching back, thankfully safely.
Chased support for 2 weeks. They won't go to the car to see what happened - relying on us sharing photos of the car, which we didn't have.
At the end I was offered a €10 voucher for my next rental. Which I assume would never happen.
Shameful.

I would not choose for this company

I would not choose for this company, they don't maintain their cars properly. Cars are old, and have malfunctions. They don't feel safe. The customer service is horrible, they don't want to offer help.
There are many other companies out there, pick them first.

Charged despite using credit voucher

Greenwheels gave me a credit voucher of €30 to use on my next trip. The total cost of my trip was €26.71, but Greenwheels still charged €4.99 for the trip.

If I had the option to attach a screenshot here, I would show you how much these scammers tried to charge me. Since I can’t, I’ll just leave you a recommendation: don’t deal with them. They pretend to be customer-oriented by giving superficial responses to your concerns. This is a legally operating scam company

DON'T TRY

Do not try this company if you don’t want to pay more than €300 in fines for half an hour of driving. Their app is designed in such a way that you end up paying fines, not for the convenience of the customer.
