I sent an email asking if they could…

I sent an email asking if they could update my old phone number because I can't log in due to the SMS code, but it's been almost a week and I haven’t received a reply. I'm really disappointed.

Easy experience, dirty car

Super easy to use the app and unlock the car. However the company needs to do a better job keeping the interiors clean! The car I rented was really dirty inside with food crumbs/debris and the seats were heavily stained.

Good availability of cars

Was able to reserve the car for the whole Saturday easily and just 4 days ahead of the day i needed it

Love the concept of sharing a car

Love the concept of sharing a car, for the environment and myself - I don’t need one all the time but sometimes it’s handy!
The system works pretty well and there are cars everywhere - I love and recommend

I have always liked Greenwheels but…

I have always liked Greenwheels but this time I felt like the car was going to give up while riding. A lot of disturbing sounds coming out that you can hear any second when you change the gear, use the breaks and, driving. I think it is time to maintain the current car and maybe even change it and include additional choices of Greenwheels such as station-vagon.

Very convenient

Car works perfectly. Easy to book. Very convenient. The help service is also super. I had once a problem with paying the gasoline and could reach them on the phone very easy and was easy to solve

Clean car

Clean car, tank full, parking after use available. Everything worked OK with app, open car, end trip, and close car. A year ago it was not like this. Compliments!!

I’ve been a loyal Greenwheels customer

I’ve been a loyal Greenwheels customer, but my recent experience has completely changed my view.

I was charged over 500 euros in towing and admin fees for parking in a spot 36 hours before a no-parking zone was enforced.

The app never warned me of any risks and allowed me to end my ride there. After completing the ride, I wasn’t notified of the violation. Had I been informed, I would have moved the car immediately. The lack of communication and failure to warn me about potential fines is unacceptable.

What's more, when I returned the car, I found that the designated parking spot was permanently converted into a handicapped space with no prior notice, and the app provided no alternative options or warnings.

This frustrating and costly experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I strongly advise others to think twice before using Greenwheels.

Dislikes

The car did not open with the applicaton. I was about engaging the servicedesk.
Also I was painfully missing the holder for my mobilephone. I was using navigation application on my phone. I guess most of the people does so. Without phone holder it is dangerous.
