I just closed a DSCR home equity loan (HELOAN) on an investment property with Griffin Funding, and I can't say enough good things about Mallorie and Justin. My property has a mix of short-term and long-term rental units, which got me turned down by several other lenders. Griffin was one of the few that could actually work with it.

Mallorie was on top of everything from day one. She was responsive, organized, and clear about exactly what she needed from me, and she kept me updated at every step so I never had to wonder where things stood. Justin made the loan side easy and adjusted the loan amount quickly once the appraisal came in. They worked together to get me to closing on time.

If you're a real estate investor looking at a DSCR product, especially with short-term rental income, I'd recommend Griffin and this team. Thank you both!

Wow ! I had stopped using banks for investmrnts many years ago. I hated all the paperwork and all the back and forth . But I will tell you, this was a whole different experience. I'm so glad I gave them a chance because everything went flawless and quickly. And in the end (22 days) they gave me lower rate than was promised. Thankyou PJ and Nina .
