Ordered from them for the first time recently. Items arrived in expected time and well packaged.
I had a bit of a mix up regarding the delivery options after having placed my order and called them up to sort it out. They were very helpful and professional and helped me resolve it there on the phone.
And just a heads up if you call them, the number also seems to be used for a phone repair business, I thought I had the wrong number at first but it was correct and you get an option to talk to the store.
Good experience, will use them again in future.

These guys are great anyway - great prices, delivery, live stock levels, etc., but I wanted to write this review because of the great customer service I received when there was a problem with a sprue in my order. All sorted, straight away with no fuss. Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever received! Highly recommended.

Ordered some paints brushes models and spray primers etc was very happy with the service provided excellent communication my order arrived very quickly around Christmas and everything was packed securely including all brushes being tapped to a piece of card which was nice to see will be ordering again for sure

Was looking online for the best prices on Games Workshop minis, and Griffin was very competitive! Fast delivery that's free after a certain price and no issues with the products on arrival. They even put a small pack of haribo in with the package, which was very sweet! Will definitely be using them again to fuel my miniatures addiction
