I bought 6 bottles from the wine offer of 25% off any in the range over £6.00 and above. On checking my receipt before leaving the store I noticed that the discount had not been taken off. I enquired... See more

Morrisons started life as a bustling egg, milk and butter market stall in Yorkshire back in 1899 – firmly planting its roots as a fresh-focused grocer with an appetite for providing quality and value on the same plate. Now, with 491 stores as well as a fast-growing online shopping service at Morrisons.com the business continues to focus on delivering freshness and quality to millions of customers across the UK - wherever they want to shop for their groceries. Foodmakers and shopkeepers at heart, we have over 9,000 trained butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cheesemongers and other skilled in-store specialists making more food in store than any other retailer. Morrisons is also the only British supermarket to have its own sites making meat, fruit & veg, fish, bakery and fresh food products – and is unique in preparing and making more than half of the fresh food sold in our stores.

MALVERN BRANCH are useless we have STOPPED doing any SHOPPING with them, a while ago we reported there DELIVERY drivers BLOCKING us IN or OUT of our DRIVEWAY persistently, reported it to the POLICE who appear to have NOT dealt with them as they should have, guess what they done it again the other day, they BLOCK the FOOTPATH as well as our DRIVEWAY, MORRISONS are all mouth at there head office saying MALVERN branch was dealing with it, LIES again, we have made a Formal Complaint and now the POLICE HQ, we have missed two appointments not being able to get out, we have an H Bar on the road, these so called DRIVERS should be made to take a RETEST as they do not know the rules of the road, they or anyone else would not put up with it, we appear to be the only ones.

The Cromer branch is our nearest, large supermarket where we tend to visit both by car, for the “big shop” or on foot in-between.
I made a trip there today and totally wasted my time as they, yet again, were out of stock with so many empty shelves. It this a failing at local or national level?
Time to give up and only shop elsewhere.

Dear Morrisons.com & Executive Team,
Re: 🌟 A 5-Star #ThankYou for Morrisons.com
I just wanted to take a moment to send a wee #ThankYou for the excellent service you and your teams have been providing each week.
I’m genuinely glad I made the move from Asda to Morrisons. So far, my experience has been excellent, particularly with:
🌟 Excellent drivers who really do showcase your brand.
🌟 Very little to zero damage to my shopping.
🌟 Great products.
🌟 A fantastic range.
🌟 An easy-to-use online service.
But for me, it is the drivers who deserve a special mention.
They are consistently patient, empathetic, caring and professional, and they take the time to make sure we are both happy with our seperate deliverys before they leave.
That type of customer service is genuinely #Priceless.
I do have one small request, though, regarding substitutions.
This week I was offered a bottle of whisky as a substitute for one costing £18.20, with the replacement costing £27.12. I had to refuse it because that was quite a substantial unexpected increase.
I completely appreciate that substitutions are sometimes necessary when products are unavailable, and I understand that prices can vary. However, for customers who are budgeting very carefully — particularly those of us living on disability benefits — an unexpected increase of almost £9 on a single item isn't always something we can simply absorb.
So if I could make one wee request, it would be to keep substitutions as reasonably priced as possible, particularly where the difference is significant.
Apart from that, I really can't fault the service I've received.
So once again, #ThankYou to everyone involved — and especially the delivery drivers who are out there representing Morrisons every day.
Please pass on my thanks to them. They really do make a difference. ❤️
5 stars from me. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Warm Regards,
BM & Mum

I spend over £100 every week in morrisons but obviously they don't care about loyal customers

Discusting rump steak put in the bin do not shop here they sell food not fit for human all about profit keep away
Thornton Cleveleys store. As usual many frozen food, and chilled food cabinets out of action. This has been going on for months. As a company you need to clean up your act, either fix them or replace them.
As usual, you’ll reply “ I tell the manager”, I’m sure he already knows!
For the second time in three weeks I went to a checkout with the light on, the gate still open and the attendant still serving the previous customer only to be rudely told "this checkout's closed", today after we had already started to unload our trolley. I also shop at Aldi and the difference in the way the staff treat their customers is night and day. The Morrisons in question is the Elland store. Sort your miserable staff out or continue to lose customers.

Unfortunately I had to be out due to a family emergency when the online order was due .
The driver left my shopping in the wood shed and two days later my son found it whilst checking on the house .
All the fresh was beyond saving and with it being in the wood shed Rats live there .
Emailed but Morrisons seem un interested and now haven’t replied for 5 days .
Their policy is not to leave any one line shopping if the home owner isn’t in .
I’m £97 lighter as they took the money and it appears they will not refund .
Just today I wave thrown all the remaining shop into the bin after 3 weeks sat there it had to go .
Shop at Acado is my advice

I am shopping with Morrisons for the last 3 and more years. Most of my delivery's have been okay. Very fresh with long shelf life. Good offers all year and I will be shopping with them for the next years to come.

We purchased a jar of Lemons on Friday, when we got home we found that they were over 12 months out of date and still on the shelf, Morrisons response to this was an apology and a credit on the Morrisons card if £8.00 ensuring that you have to spend more in a store to actually get any benefit, having found an item out of date by over 12 months we are not in a hurry to return and shop again .

My last two Morrisons orders through Amazon have been much better and more organised. I’m not sure what has changed, but thank you. The deliveries have arrived on time, the replacements have been sensible, and I completely understand that if an item is unavailable in the store, it is unavailable.
Overall, everything seems much better now and I really appreciate the improvement.
However, there is one important issue from my latest order that I would like Morrisons to pay attention to.
Order #: 206-4976146-8902735
I ordered 3 bags of HARIBO Bone Shakers, which were replaced with 3 bags of HARIBO Alienauts. The replacement itself was absolutely fine, but the price was not adjusted correctly. The original items should have cost £3.00 in total (£1.00 each), while my order shows £4.05 for the replacement, leaving a £1.05 difference.
I have already reported this through Amazon. £1.05 may be a small amount, but prices should still be adjusted correctly when substitutions are made. Please pay particular attention to this in future orders.
Apart from this issue, my last two orders have been noticeably better. Thank you for the improvement.

For the second week in a row, my grocery order arrived with items that had been smashed in the crates. Today, 6 items were crushed and damaged, including chicken and yoghurt that leaked all over the other items and an orange covered in green and white mould and a dead bug. Will not be using Morrisons for groceries again.

Hit and miss at dorcan in Swindon
It depends which manager is working. James has always been great. Thomas needs to take customer service classes from James.
I picked some items as an impulse buy because they were in a deal. I got billed full price.
Customer service called Thomas over and i explained to him that these items were ringing up wrong and he said “No”, essentially calling me a liar.
I said I would like to return them and he said i could if id just bought them. I had a trolley full of items, it was pretty obvious i had.
I suggested that the items were perhaps stacked in the wrong place. He said he would check.
He didn’t check.
Probably others pick up the same deal and don’t check the receipt. Crafty way to increase profit margins.
Sainsburys in future for me

Heckmondwike store seriously understaffed on a Saturday afternoon. Waited more than 10mins at the fish counter as the fishmonger was also acting as butcher on the other side of the store. When trying to pay at the self service counter, one poor lady was trying to deal with multiple dysfunctional self service machines (these seem to be lower quality than other main supermarkets). The few staff in the store are very nice but understaffing by management is just incompetent or greedy, or both. Is it any wonder we're all turning to Aldi and Lidl?

On purchasing a cooked chicken a colleaque of yours told us she was not allopwed to give us a bag to put the chicken in. It was leaking fat and would have been a health and safety hazard carring it out drippiong fat. Very unhelpful at basket checkout.

Being housebound and not rich, it matters a lot that what I have ordered arrives, as I cannot go out to ‘replace’ missing items, nor can I afford to place a second delivery order elsewhere to obtain them. Sadly, it’s getting worse and worse, with more and more items being substituted (with bizarre ‘alternatives’) or just plain ‘not available’. I’m going to have to start ordering ‘back-up items’, which I can reject if I actually get that which I ordered. I shouldn’t have to. Other supermarkets don’t seem to have this problem. Now I know why they offer free delivery and special offers to we poor NHS and ex-NHS folk.

This is about the Morrisons petrol station in Barry and in particular the jet wash, both jet wash out of order, me and another driver at the other jet wash trying to get them to work, until I went into the shop to ask and was told they were both out of order, at which point I commented a sign saying out of order would be nice to save people wasting their time and getting frustrated as to what the problem could be, this is just the kind of contempt for its customers I’ve come to expect from Morrisons, I’ve already stopped using the supermarket due to the rudeness from stuff, they glare at you like you’re in the way, always huff and eye roll when you ask them a question, everything is too much trouble for this company, i’ll probably get the token response to from them, to give a public impression that they care, but what won’t happen is I bet there won’t be any out of order signs on the jet wash when I drive past later, so publicly say the right things, but where it counts they’ll continue to do the wrong things, way too many bad experiences with this company and it was the same when I used to use the Cardiff store, so it’s clearly a company wide issue with their service
