Superb CS Exceeded my Expectations
Having a water escape issue with a Grohe wall-hung toilet system.
Very easy calling their CS number 02082832840 from their website, opt 1. Chris understood the toilet system and although it's a highly unusual, a 'never heard of before type of problem', he guided me to check images online to identify the type of inlet valve compared to my video and images taken.
We agreed can't be a cistern leak, they are blown-mold made and never leak, so had to be what I suspected, water escaping during the filling.
I could see there was a tube missing from my valve, so splashing must be happening, also maybe a missing blanking bung nearby.
I had to email to get a Ref, and in response he managed to have the parts ready with envelope to go Next-Day delivery foc.
My email wasn't received, think it's MS outlook problem, so was late in afternoon when processed and he still said he'd make the post.
Couldn't have asked for more, so superb CS Exceeded my Expectations.
Lastly, when issue is rectified, the toilet system is impressive. Well made, fairly easy to install for someone competent. Instructions could be clearer, I referred to videos online and used experience. A plastic tube nut broke that fits in the ceramic pan, got around with CT-3 type flexible glue and the grub screw when tightened will do the job rather than my improvising; that was just to hold the plastic lug in situ whilst inserting pan into threaded rod. Whilst that might be a tiny flaw the solid metal frame is excellent. The pan is good looking (for a pan!) It should re-fill silently and very fast, somewhere about 15s for a full 6L flush to re-fill.

Small leak from new shower valve during installation. Was quickly put through from customer services to Chris in technical support who set up a video call to look at the part. I sent an email with pictures, confirming the issue, and Chris was able to find a replacement in the warehouse, which he despatched the same day. Absolutely first class service.
What a simple and painless experience
What a simple and painless experience. Dropped customer support an email to say a tap had failed. Received a reply to discuss the issue promptly followed by one agreeing to replace the unit, as it was a kitchen mixer. The only problem was UPS not sending out the collection email, however this was quickly resolved. Their customer service team contacted me and 15 minutes later, new tap in hand, all sorted. Thank you Grohe and Chris especially. Fantastic service

For a company founded in Germany and now owned by a Japanese company, i would have expected the operating instructions for a Grohe Sensor tap to reflect the quality and detail these nations are famed for. However the schematic type instructions, were frankly hard to decipher.
Thankfully Jason from Grohe Technical Services saved the day and took the time and trouble to email me clear, precise and helpful instructions. I couldnt have managed the process without his help. Excellent service!

Grohe UK Customer Service…Purchased a Grohe Dice XL basin tap but found their Quick Fit system wasn’t securing the tap in place. Called Grohe customer service for help. My call was answered quickly by Chris. He understood the issue, offered an alternative fixing solution and supplied the necessary parts.
Rapid turnaround for niche problem
I called Grohe customer service on Tuesday and the call was answered within 5 minutes, as my problem was a bit niche (my shower head pipe was shorter than expected from the technical drawing) I was passed on to the technical team. Sam quickly understood the situation and after taking a few details had already ordered a replacement kit by Wednesday.
Really happy I paid the premium to go with Grohe as the great customer support makes me confident I won't have to worry about anything in the future.

Superb Customer Service from start to finish. Had a problem with a Grohe kitchen mixer tap and when I contacted Grohe it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently. All three staff members I dealt with, two on the telephone and Steve, the engineer who visited the house could not have been more helpful or professional. The best Customer Services and follow up support I have ever encountered- without doubt!

I needed a Grohe plastic clip that costs 10p for my shower mixer. Despite wasting my time with asking for pictures and proof of purchase they told me to return the product back to the seller. All for 10p plastic clip.
Shocking what this German brand has become of lately. It’s owned by. Japanese company now and it’s not a surprise why we are seeing this poor quality and poor service.
Ignore Grohe and buy Handgrohe. This is coming from a Grohe customer of 15 years. Save yourself the hassle and boycott their poor product and poor customer service.
Never again will I buy Grohe. You can keep your 10p clip too.
