Worst customer service received Grohe Japanese now not German.

Worst customer service received. Horrible customer service agents employed by this Japanese company.
I needed a Grohe plastic clip that costs 10p for my shower mixer. Despite wasting my time with asking for pictures and proof of purchase they told me to return the product back to the seller. All for 10p plastic clip.
Shocking what this German brand has become of lately. It’s owned by. Japanese company now and it’s not a surprise why we are seeing this poor quality and poor service.
Ignore Grohe and buy Handgrohe. This is coming from a Grohe customer of 15 years. Save yourself the hassle and boycott their poor product and poor customer service.
Never again will I buy Grohe. You can keep your 10p clip too.

First of all i would like to thank…

First of all i would like to thank Grohe customer service team for being so responsive helpful and supportive specially Chris the technician customer service coordinator which has been so kind and helpful providing me with the cistern bracket which has saved me so much time with my project. I would highly recommend Grohe for their high quality products and customer service. Thanks again for your help. Much appreciated.

Grohe Chrome Pull Out Spray Tap

I would like to thank Grohe Technical Service Co-ordinator Department for their assistance. After confirming the problem with my tap, I was offered the option of an engineer or part. I opted for the replacement of the faulty part. I was surprised how quick communication had been. Although the 5 year warranty had expired the replacement part was offered as a gesture of goodwill. I was informed the item would take 10 working days to arrive and it arrived less then was stated.
Again thank you for a speedy and fantastic service

Above and beyond expectations

I was well outside the warranty period and needed a small part I had broken which is not available for sale as a spare part.

Phoned up Grohe in UK and Chris managed to find the piece in one of their sample units, removed the piece from the unit and posted it to me, all free of charge.

Well above and beyond expectations.

Missing bit sent the same day!

My company installed a Grohe mixer but a tiny piece was missing and we realised this when we were about to finish the installation. I contacted support via online form and the missing bit was sent the same day. It is good to know that we can get the support we need when we use Grohe products.

Absolutely first class service from…

Absolutely first class service from Grohe. The guys from technical support were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and generous by sending out a replacement part FOC.

My call was answered straight away and I wasn’t out on hold for ages whilst waiting on tech support.
My follow up emails were answered within a respectable time scale too.
I have not received a service like this from a large company in a long time. 10/10

Really helpful support from customer service. Trying to find a tap to finish off our new kitchen. Very helpful staff. Hoping to find what I need from Grohe. I'd love to buy from them.

I contacted Grohe UK for a replacement…

I contacted Grohe UK for a replacement of a slightly obscure minor part for my shower control unit. To my slight surprise but delight Chris had the part available and promptly mailed to me free of charge. Full marks and thanks.

Great product with excellent customer service

We moved into a new build house last year, with Grohe mixing units installed in 3 bathrooms. They function very well and easy to use. Well designed. Unfortunately. we broke a small cover on one of the units. Contacted Grohe uk who were very helpful and sent a replacement by post free of charge.

3 year old Kitchen Ambi tap needed a…

3 year old Kitchen Ambi tap needed a new cartridge and contacted Grohe as guarantee still active. Sam at Grohe Technical assisted me and from start to finish was highly professional and offered solutions. He also arranged for both a new cartridge and then, when I'd described my issue in a little more detail, a whole new unit to be sent asap. Problem solved. Above and beyond but actually great to experience 1st rate customer service, thank you.

Grohe Warranty Claim

I contacted Grohe with an issue with flaking paint on a black kitchen tap after only 3 years of use. The tap was an expensive fitting from a brand known for quality, so flaking paint was a disappointment. On reviewing the purchase I found that the tap had a 5 year manufacturer warranty including material quality. Grohe warranty Terms and Conditions can be found on their website site. I made an online claim and included a photograph of the issue and proof of purchase. They responded very quickly and confirmed that they would send a replacement for the defective lever for me to fit (not a problem). It has been a simple and efficient process dealing with Grohe with an expected delivery of 3 weeks for the replacement part from Germany. I would note that any claim requires the original purchase receipt which I was able to obtain from Screwfix having provided the order number found on an old email order confirmation. Both Grohe and Screwfix have been very helpful.
