Definitely stolen photos and knocked off approximations of what you're buying. If you want to live dangerously, one of the three items we got (out of 5 purchased) isn't bad. Still not quite the same as the picture. the other two do not resemble the pictures at all. Moreover, I reverse image searched the sweaters, and the images are stolen from an independent knitting pattern maker (and then many other patterns are clearly photoshopped onto the same pictures as other items for sale.) Luckily for me, two items, 6 weeks after I placed my order were still not in stock, so I asked customer service to refund me and send what they had-- what I've now described is what I got. My strong hunch is that all the images on the site are stolen and some of the orders for knock offs were not coming through yet, hence the delay on my order. I actually looked here and elsewhere for vetting before ordering, but was seduced by how cool the sweaters were-- now I know: literally no mass market retailer is selling them.

I ordered 4 products. They took over a month and the quality is so bad. The sweaters are polyester and the thinness of a tshirt. While they have been responsive via email it’s looking like they won’t take returns, so basically I’ve been scammed out of my money. I don’t recommend purchasing from here. I’m unclear on why there are any positive reviews. I was definitely mislead by them.

I appreciate the quick responses via email when I had questions.

The geometric colorful shirt has a nice soft feel, sizing is pretty close to typical US size chart - I ordered a size up and was glad I did, but depending on style, it might not be necessary.

I would give this company no stars if it was an option.
I have purchased 6 items. All of them are really really poor quality.
The delivery was way behind schedule.
The products took forever to arrive and when they did, they were not the products pictured on their website.

I didn't know what to expect from an online retailer I was not familiar with, but thought I'd take a gamble on it because I loved the look of the sweaters. I read reviews that stated the shipping time was long so I was aware it would take 1-2 months for me to receive my package. As for quality, the sweaters are warm and fit true to size. The only downside is you can definitely tell the sweaters are made with synthetic fibers because the knit texture is very smooth (almost looks like it was printed rather than knitted). They either copied a wool sweater or added noise to the photo to make it look like it has a visible knit texture. This is a minor complaint of an overseas company doing mass production. I will know better about the quality once I see how they hold up to washing. If they hold up well, I would definitely order again. I have received compliments on the Craft Genius Knit Sweater.

As another reviewer stated, I would give this company no stars if it was an option. This is truly the worst online experience I've ever had. I am now involved in an email exchange with the company and they are offering me a refund of 25% of the original purchase price.

If I could I would choose zero stars, I would. Was very disappointed in the quality of the items I ordered. Policy is no returns unless damaged, so I took a big risk in ordering. Also took almost two months to arrive. Would not recommend to anyone.

Scam artists. Terrible quality of merchandise and phantom customer service. Emails asking about making a return bounce.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are located in China. When my item arrived and didn’t fit me, they refused to allow me to return it and refund my money. This company is a total scam. Do not order from them!

I love the sweaters I got. It's always a risk to order from overseas but these look exactly as pictured and fit well. The delivery time was long but that's a Customs issue, not Grolika.

This company has been terrible to work with. I ordered 4 items, none of which were of the quality depicted in the photos. I spent 3 weeks trying to get them to tell me how to return the items for a refund, and the best they would do is offer me $5 back (I paid $155). When I refused that, they offered me $10. Don't get burned like I did.

I really love the 2 blouses and sweater I purchased. The size was accurate, great quality and looks great!

I am very happy with the sweaters and with the price. My only complaint was how long it took for them to get delivered! However , that said, I would order from grolika again.

I was nervous because I was purchasing from a shop out of the country and off an ad from Facebook. I’ve had bad luck in the past. I was thrilled when the items arrived fairly quickly and are even better than I could hope for. They look great. Sizing is accurate. I purchased the wrap front shirt and two sweaters. Love them all.

I ordered two sweaters, both arrived and looked just the the photos online. The sweaters are both soft and fit well.

Looked just like the pic. Love the colors, and super warm!
