GROOMI LIMITED (EST. 2017) IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS BASED IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM. We are a family run business of animal lovers who know the difference that having a clean coat makes to a pet’s happiness. Owner Charlotte has had animals her whole life and now she has children, understands more than ever the importance of keeping animal hair around the home to a minimum. After getting a bit fed up with some other grooming tools out there: some too harsh on the skin, some falling apart in our hands, we eventually had enough and said, “That’s annoying, we should probably make a better one.” Which we’re rather proud of doing! Groomi is designed to remove dead hair, dirt and dandruff in an effective yet gentle way. With our unique shallow, wide toothed comb the hair is removed without dragging, breaking or tugging at the coat ensuring the animal has a pleasant experience! We’re here to help keep your pets – and home – stay fresh and clean from stray fur.

Not for me

Package arrived on time, well packaged and item looked attractive. However it really isn't suitable for my 2 short haired but always moulting cats. It is far too harsh for their delicate skin, so is a waste of my money. I did read the blurb properly and it was advertised as suitable for cats.

Ever tried to use?

I cannot believe I have been fooled yet again. The advert illustrates one using the glove backwards and forwards to pick up all the shed hair off furniture from our pets. So I ordered one. Yes in principal it works except my hand isn't big enough to fit this glove or to keep it on.
I have contacted the company twice now, I get an acknowledgement of message & it will be dealt with in 48 hours. WRONG, I'm still waiting.
I have even asked how they keep the glove on in the video they show.

Brilliant product

I have a long haired double coated German Shepherd and this comb is amazing. Had a Furminator and he would tolerate it for a short time but with the Groomi he actually just chills out and lets me brush him.

Amazing Product

Great communication, arrived promptly and a great price. I especially like the fact they champion British manufacturing and the best bit is that this is an unbelievable product. Very happy with the whole experience - excellent work folks.

My Flatcoated Retriever loves his new bed.

Huge excitement when I unpacked the new Bed. Initially I thought the bed was too small for my young Flatcoat. However, after he had given it a good "gurrying", he settled onto it & fell asleep, demonstrating how calm it made him.
I like how easy it is to move from room to room.

Contacted Groomi before I ordered and…

Contacted Groomi before I ordered and informed them what dyson I had. I was told that as long as I purchased an adapter it would work. Received package but guess what... did not fit with my dyson. After many emails was told I could not return product for a credit note and to have a great day. This company has absolutely given false information & stolen my money through no fault of mine.

Still no reply from Groomi. Customer service is non existent. Have had several genetic emails asking me for a review and how the product has changed my life. I keep sending my reviews to them but they're never posted. I now understand how the reviews on their website are so high... they only count and post the good ones.
