Huge excitement when I unpacked the new Bed. Initially I thought the bed was too small for my young Flatcoat. However, after he had given it a good "gurrying", he settled onto it & fell asleep, demonstrating how calm it made him.
I like how easy it is to move from room to room.

I've tried a variety of other pet grooming brushes and tis is the only one that actually gets all of the loose hair out! So much better for us and the cat. Thank you!

Contacted Groomi before I ordered and informed them what dyson I had. I was told that as long as I purchased an adapter it would work. Received package but guess what... did not fit with my dyson. After many emails was told I could not return product for a credit note and to have a great day. This company has absolutely given false information & stolen my money through no fault of mine.

Still no reply from Groomi. Customer service is non existent. Have had several genetic emails asking me for a review and how the product has changed my life. I keep sending my reviews to them but they're never posted. I now understand how the reviews on their website are so high... they only count and post the good ones.

Didn't work for our Westie, hardly removed anything, yes brushing still did, the shallow comb seems more suited to short haired animals. The detangle brush also wasn't man enough for the job either. Had to pay to return and there is no automatic return process on website, you had to email, so lost out financially. Always better to pay by PayPal for protection.

Brilliant product! I use this on my five longhaired weimaraners regularly. I’ve tried so many brushes over the last 30 plus years and the Groomi is by far the best! We also use it in our boarding kennels with our guests and owners are amazed when they go home as to how much dead hair has been removed!

Easy to read Web site with good list of quality goods on offer. Very please with de-hairing comb for my Cocker Spaniel. Have used several times since arrival and my dog seems to enjoy getting combed. Great results, removing a fair amount of dead hair.

Ordered a groomi for my labrador after recommendation. It was delivered promptly. Only used it once so far but found it very easy and removed lot's of hair. Will get a lot of use.
