This company are a scam. They false advertise and then make up policies that are illegal to avoid accepting any returns. There appears to be one lady who works there who is exceptionally rude and unaware of consumer law. Any complaint you have, take to the original site e.g. wowcher and remind them in terms of consumer law anything bought online can be returned within two weeks, it does NOT have to be in the original packaging. If you raise a formal complaint with the partner site, they can force them to refund etc.

Bought something from this company through Wowcher. Delivery is now 10 days late with no explanation, Evri say to take it up with the vendor which I have tried my best to do and got ignored. Feel like this is company is a scam and should be shut down judging by my reviews and others on here.

Rating of 1 is an overstatement!

What a scam! Shame on Debenhams website to partner with such a fraud of a company! I wrote to them asking for a refund it's been more thank 1 month and still no response despite more than 5 emails and 3 online complaints sent! What a disgrace I will advise all my friends and family about this and make sure nobody falls for my mistake!

I made a purchase in April and I am still waiting to receive my order. Many emails have been sent but all have been completely ignored. Tried phoning but claims due to covid everyone is working from home but doesn’t put you through to anyone or give you any option to talk to anyone or contact them
Written Letter has also been completely ignored. SCAM!! Stay well away from this company

Awful service - several emails no response - product turned up without screws - phone line has message saying not working - have reported to Trading standards

Avoid Groundlevel, Ezysleep and Groupon
I had previously ordered and received two wooden planters, through Groupon. No problems with that. Eight months later I was sent 10 more and charged via PayPal. Groundlevel, Ezysleep and Groupon have proved to be the worst ever experience in trying unsuccessfully to bet them to be returned and refunded. I spent over £140 to send them back only to have the company reject them. They made promises to collect them and refund only to go back on that promise. After 4 months and 100+ emails, I have now had to sell them myself.
No idea when messaging if I was talking to Groupon, Ezysleep or Groundlevel. All completely unhelpful with zero customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE. 1,052 CUSTOMERS CAN'T BE WRONG!! LIKE SOMEONE ELSE SAID THE PHONE HAS A MESSAGE STILL MENTIONING LOCKDOWN. THEY STALL ON EMAILS SO THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY. COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY.

This merchant is scam sent me x4 faulty stench smelling pillows I ordered via Wowcher.
Which I tried to return however they sent wrong address so that do not have to provide a refund.
Customer service was non existent.

No replies to my numerous messages.
Beware of this scam company!

Will be reporting them to industrial tribunal.

Ordered a product via wowcher and paid for delivery.

Delivery came and gone, nothing! No reply to any emails or the online form and phone lines are down due to COVID which is practically over. However did get response from when I asked for a refund/return via wowcher, stating I can return the product even though, I have not received it.

I should of read the Trust Pilot reviews first. 100% avoid at all costs, you will end up out of pocket and no product

Should have been zero stars. Bought 2 items same. Both arrived wrong and despite numerous emails, no reply whatsoever! Their customer sevice is non existent. Telephone message still on lockdown message disgusted and almost £300 out of pocket

Bought a “thick memory foam” dog bed through wowcher. Product was super thin and not memory foam. My holiday prevented me from returning it within 14 day time frame. I wouldn’t buy anything from them - product really not as advertised.

Bought a hosepipe from this company via wowcher I connected it to the outside tap and it just fell apart the handle separated from the hose the connector came off tried to put it all back together but the hose kept fraying so couldn’t … total garbage which is where it is going

Worst Company ever ! I ordered a Dog bed via B&Q and received a completely different order tried emailing and calling but didn’t get anywhere.
Will not be ordering again and would advise anyone not to waste their money.

This company provide utterly shocking service. Avoid at all costs. We bought a mattress topper from them almost a month ago. They said it had been delivered but the photo they have provided of the supposed delivery is not within our building. I have swapped almost 20 emails with them with no luck. They just keep asking me to check if it has been delivered to a neighbour - despite me telling them every time it has not. They will not replace or refund. I am going around in circles with them and doubt very much I will ever receive the item. Please don't give them your money.

A grey storage chest was advertised reduced from £125 to £35
The storage chest I received was not the one advertised
It is a rubbish, cheap load of plastic - even put together - is utterly useless as a storage chest. Clearly false advertising

In line with all the other Gratuitous 1* comments, ordered in June, emailed in July stating item not received. Emailed August requesting status and tracking number and again 2 weeks later requesting response.
Appalling company how do they stay in business?

I have to say I was really worried about my purchase of 2 inflatable mattresses via wowcher after I started to read the reviews online. Despite emailing ground level 3 times and getting zero response my items did arrive via Evri today (a little late as I had paid for next day delivery) and appear to be great. Looks like I might have got lucky!
