If I could mark zero then I would. Bought a hose pipe via wowcher arrived damaged I have emailed with pictures to be totally ignored. Customer service horrendous

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered an item via Debenhams website, and when it arrived it was not what I ordered. I have been trying to return it. I've emailed, called and nothing, no reply whatsoever. I don't live far away from their so called office, so I'll be paying them a visit. Chances are it'll be a fake address.

Bought flat reel hose set from wowcher and as soon as I put it in tap it burst off and hose bit slid down making it unusable. Phone says covid so not contactable and no option to leave message. Emailed too and no response

Brought an item through Wowcher nearly 2 months ago.
Still nothing has arrived, no real reply from the company via email!

Wowcher won’t get involved either very shocking from both companies!

My goods says delivered but this is not the case. No response stay well clear . More money I have lost absolutely disgusting company

I purchased a small air cooler £40, never received delivery, and sent 2 emails never had reply. claimed through Paypal who sent an email and they never replied to them either.pretty poor service

If I could have given ‘no stars’ I would. Goods bought via Wowcher who should not be using this merchant. Goods description was wrong and misleading. Request for refund met with rude response- AVOID!!

Bought a garden swing from this joke of a company
The wrong screws or no screws were in the box ans instructions were useless.
Tried to phone them and you are greeted with a message that their phone has a virus and as others say they don't reply to emails
The swing is lying in pieces I've never had an issue building things in the past but this has defeated me and they are taking no responsibility for it.

Disgusting company I bought from Debenhams and the seller is Groundlevel they don’t reply my emails and they are not sending me the return label so I can get my refund!!! They products are poor quality and they don’t the job they describe on description!! Scam company !

Ordered 2 storage boxes through wowcher have not received good and no refund as yet, absolutely disgusted have chased numerous times and just get ignored. Buyer beware do not use they very happy taking your payment and nothing in return 😡. I would not have given any star rating if possible

Disgusting customer service!!
Ordered 2x mattress toppers via Robert Dyas, they were coming directly from Ground Level. Only received 1 and being branded a liar that I received both but they are yet to provide the delivery drivers proof of delivery photo. Apparently they were taped together but I've provided proof one the one box I've received which clearly shows no tape! Looking at the other reviews, these people don't care about customer service!

I have previously written a bad review and since then I have still not received any contact from this awful company. Its funny though, they have written replies to some other reviews but cant reply to emails!!!

Ordered a super soft teddy fleece throw in mid-April. The money was taken out of my account on 29th April. Have not yet received goods. Been trying to contact them. Firstly by a phone number on one of their sites which had a recorded message to the effect "that due to COVID everyone was working from home and no calls were being taken and to email the email address given - Did that - NO RESPONSE
Also filled in an online contact form which promised a response within 72 hours - NO RESPONSE.
Have tried another email to one on their website but don't hold out much hope of getting a response. Have also found another phone number which sounded as if there might be a person there to answer if from the message when I rang today which said they were not open at weekends to ring between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. Might try.

Ordered a parasol through Wowcher, then checked the reviews and started to panic.
The item arrived 1 day after the expected delivery date and is in good working order with no damage

Fantastic service 100% and more satisfied with their service.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Had faulty goods, cannot get a reply or a refund from them. Emailed several times, please do not buy a single item from this dishonest company. Bought through Wowcher, can't review the company until it is too late. Do not use wowcher to buy their goods. Ever ever.

My experience of this dodgy company is reflected in the numerous 1 star negative reviews. It really beggars belief why wowcher and amazon associate themselves with this thoroughly unprofessional company . Their only response to queries, seems to be the firing of emails to customers, threatening them with legal action ..Avoid at all costs !

I ordered some luggage on Wowcher to be provided from this company, I was abit weary after reading all the negative comments,this was after I had purchased the luggage, but I can honestly say the parcel was delivered early and without any damage.For the price I am really pleased, they look great and maneuver really well.No complaints from me.
