We booked the service through the travel agent. The driver arrived on time. He was very polite. The service was excellent. Highly recommended. We will of course take him again on the next flight.

The meeting location was easy to find. The driver was on time, very helpful and extremely friendly. This made the hours journey to and from Heraklion airport pleasant and stress free.

Very professional service, booked through my transfers app, have used this app twice in crete Aug 2024 and numerous times in Canary islands, find it fantastic in these places. On this occasion, picked up at selected location on time and dropped to Airport, no issues. Also used to collect my Daughter from airport at 01.45, she came over after us, lift was waiting for her and brought to our location. Fantastic service and highly recommend

The day I was supposed to leave I got a message from Ground notifying that the driver I had booked could not make it.
I was in panic, but Nadia from Ground was amazing and professional to help me out to find a driver for me and my family to drive us to the airport.
I really want to thank Nadia for her quick response and way of working to help me in a difficult situation.
I will definitely use this service if I happen to travel to Greece again.

The best transportation service! Very responsible with cking our flight schedule and the vehicles were very clean and well air conditioned. They contacted us before we arrived to Crete and were very responsible cking our flight back so we will be on time at the airport. I would definitely use them again next time we visit Crete!
