I purchased a voucher deal from Groupon and the merchant continued to ignore my messages after I shared the vouchers to redeem. They told me they had a phone glitch which continued for a week until my holiday ended.
Groupon was made aware immediately and sent auto responses and failed to support even after screen shot evidence was provided.
This allows the merchant to redeem my voucher and both Groupon and the merchant take your money and leave you without the experience paid for

We had an absolutely amazing desert safari experience in Dubai! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and so much fun.
Our driver Nilo was fantastic – skilled, friendly, and made the dune bashing both thrilling and safe. You could really feel that he knew exactly what he was doing, and his positive energy made the whole ride even better.
The entire experience was top-notch – from the stunning desert views to the activities and atmosphere at the camp. It was exciting, well-run, and truly unforgettable.
If you’re visiting Dubai, this is a must-do experience. Highly recommended!

I reserved 3 vouchers for my friends and I in adventure happy safari. My friends arrived on time and told the driver that i am lost, if he can speak with me to guide me or meet me at wahda mall. He was unprofessionally and acted in a very mean way infact. He drove and left me and did another round. I knocked the door and then he let me in and said its because your friend is late and we are waiting we will not wait for her. I said then drop me off i will not go without my friend. When we spoke with the company he started to say we are lying and he wont return our money nor take us from any other location. Which is very bad and unprofessional. We ended up without any compensation. I hope you will help resolve this issue as I will honestly give a very bad review and i wouldn’t recommend that to any other friend

The company sold us a time limited ticket, without disclosing it ANYWHERE.
We wasted our limited time in Abu Dhabi.
The guy on the phone could not do anything.
We had a really bad experience with them, i do not recommand them.

Great atmosphere and the Indonesian lady masseuse was graceful and the massage was awesome.....made me feel ten years younger !!!

Groupon UAE has one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. There is no landline number to call, and when you try to get help through the app, you’re forced to deal with an AI that clearly does not understand real customer concerns.
Even worse, when you finally reach what they call a “live agent,” the experience goes downhill. The agent repeatedly asked me to send screenshots of emails that THEY never answered in the first place. When I explained that the app is faulty and does not allow screenshots to be uploaded, instead of acknowledging the problem, the agent kept sending me instructions on how to take a screenshot, completely ignoring the actual issue.
No accountability, no real support, no resolution—just endless loops and wasted time. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I will never order from Groupon again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on their customer service.

Always a good find on Groupon! And the few times I've had issues they refunded me for the vouchers without mush of a hassle. I find that the most useful discounts I find on here are for nail salons and that kind of experience more than anything else.

The provider requests to install an unknown file to get the license.
This should be mentioned in the details given by Groupon. As a rule of thumb no unknown origin files should be downloaded .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS MY MONEY IS STUCK BETWEEN THE MERCHANT AND GROUPON, NEITHER OF THEM IS TAKING CARE OF MY GENUINE CASE. MERCHANT BLAMES GROUPON FOR NOT MAKING A PAYMENT THUS THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A SERVICE WHICH I PAID FOR WHILE GROUP ON IS NEVER REPLYING TO MY EMAILS / CALLS TO JUSTIFY THE SAME. THIS IS HOW MY MONEY IS STUCK

i purchased flipped indoor park pass. Its a waste of money only. When i reached Flipped, they are asking for extra money.
