Avoid.
Having purchased a voucher, Groupon advised it was against an account I had not opened and could not access. They would not transfer to the correct account. Persistently pushed me to their Customer Service Team which was unresponsive. Avoided the option for a refund. More than a month on, I am therefore left with no voucher and no refund.

Found a deal on what I needed, voucher was delivered promptly and instructions on it's use were all correct.

Very effective however, I’m having problems following the strange instructions to choose the Mode I prefer. They’re poorly written and extremely unclear. Once I’ve mastered this, maybe this item will be 5*.

Genuine product (Office Professional 2021) at a bargain price. Helpful instructions for the download and installation process; complicated, but that's Microsoft's fault. Further tip for users; after installing this Office suite, to use the old (classic) version of Outlook, you first need to uninstall the new Outlook that Microsoft has so helpfully put there by default. That enables you to carry across .pst files from another system; the new Outlook only accepts .eml files. Clever (Not!). Good luck, it's worth it.

Purchased a Groupon voucher for Hello Fresh, 4 meals for 4 people for 4 weeks; ordered one box and Groupon cancelled the voucher, have been fighting ever since to get my remaining boxes or a refund but to no avail! Other vouchers I’ve purchased, like many have said on here, are with businesses in dodgy and seedy places!
Groupon were good when they first started out, businesses they used were really good but have since gone downhill! Will never use them again!

Recently booked an afternoon tea for friends at Westcliff Hotel on South End sea. This was a gift for a social occasion and I have been so disappointed by the customer service and unsatisfactory quality of afternoon tea served to me friends. The food looked stale, from the grapes to the cakes, with mould growing from the cakes and it smelled off. The customer service was very poor, with staff looking like they couldn’t be bothered to be there or serve and were rude when asked questions about the quality of the food. I don’t know the local area so went by the reviews to book for my friends but really shocked at how the hotel was described as a beautiful venue serving an elegant afternoon tea.

They have tons of these organised crime Triad businesses in London and no doubt, everywhere
Several merchants, about 20-30% have gone bust and vouchers refunded
Groupon clearly do no due diligence and my experience was dangerous.
No safeguarding in sight

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, there is no option for a refund.

I’ve been in contact with this company since 24th April and have reached out countless times, only to be repeatedly told to “wait 24 hours” with no real resolution.
The item I received was faulty, yet I was offered a partial refund of £10, which is honestly laughable and completely unacceptable.
I made it clear I wanted a full refund, but instead of resolving the issue, they just kept delaying — and I still have not received any refund.
In the end, I had to purchase the same item from another retailer who delivered quickly and without any issues — a much better experience overall.
Avoid this company. Poor customer service, constant delays, and unwilling to properly resolve a problem with a faulty item.

Great purchase of Office 24 from Groupon. I purchased as I was getting messages from Microsoft that all of my Office products would be deactivated within weeks and I saw that installing Office 24 was a one off purchase and you didn't need to pay an annual subscription of £85 per year. Initially had problems downloading but after contacting getsoftwaredeals.com email and within an hour they gave me the details and managed to install within a couple of hours and now no deactivation messages. Super service and I highly recommend them and the Office 24 product. Superb value for money and service

Bought what I thought was a good deal for Microsoft Office 365, but it isn't really legal.

The seller is selling individual logons to a corporate account to anyone, if like me, you have logon issues, that's all your data gone, as nobody will support you with password resets.

This is very close to fraudulent.
