Amazing price for a lifetime office 24 licence. Email with download instructions received in minutes, downloaded and installed office and no issues with registering the product.

If I could, I would have given zero stars.
If you ever have an issue, do not expect Customer Support to actually help you resolve it.
I booked a deal through Groupon, I contacted them to confirm the booking was indeed "live". I was assured it was because I had the email confirmation.
My wife and I travelled (at not inconsiderable expense) to the venue only to find our booking had been cancelled.
I felt it quite reasonable for Groupon to rebook the venue and issue a refund.
Despite best efforts, I hit a brick wall time after time.
In fact I fell for a supervisors underhand trick - I said I wanted a full refund and the venue rebooked by Groupon, he went ahead and rebooked the venue. When I said "and what about the refund" I was told "you can't have a refund now I have rebooked the venue"! - Quite frankly a despicable, underhand trick from a representative of a despicable, underhand business.
If you value good customer service, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR GROUPON (EVER)!

Groupon scammed us. We purchased a meal for 4 people for the people's pub in Scarborough. We then went to the establishment, who rejected the voucher, saying they dont use groupon, amd don't know why it was on the groupon site. We promptly contacted groupon to request a refund. They were difficult and said they were raising a complaint, they then waited months until after the voucher had expired, at this stage they emailed us to say, they reject our refund request, due to the fact that the voucher has now expired.

Thankfully banks have a fraud department, they have taken this on and the bank have refunded us. The bank also rejected groupons challenge against it, the bank also said that groupon didn't give the bank a reason for their challenge, clearly because there isn't one. Groupon are literally modern day cowboys. Scammers, everyone associated with them should be ashamed of themselves!

PURCHASED A GROUPON FOR HAIR DEVOTION SHEFFIELD. Called several times they are claiming Groupon has messed up the deals and Groupon is pretending everything is fine and refusing to give a refund. GROUPON IS A SCAM.

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for Toby Carvery and saved a significant amount of money. I spent only £33.50 for a two-course meal for two adults and two children, which would have originally cost around £54.50. By using the voucher, I managed to save over £20.
The process was very easy:
I purchased the voucher through the app,within a few minutes, I received the voucher code,I contacted Toby Carvery and booked a table.

Everything went smoothly from there. When I arrived, I explained to the staff that I planned to use a voucher, and the experience was great. I strongly recommend checking Groupon before you visit any restaurants or attractions to see what deals are available.

With gentle care and soothing products I now have defined shape and colours and no need to apply mascara to my lashes or find clumps from mascara. As I'm poorly sighted this is a great help. Completely recommend.
After care advice, explanations and further treatments discussed without feeling embarrassed to discuss beauty care I didn't know about.
Budgeting is an absolute necessity for me, the voucher helped me trial a service which I now know is worth every penny.
I'm grateful.

Excellent service and procedure

An obvious mistake on my booking but Groupon will not refund or even change my booking, despite having told them immediately after the payment went through.
What I didn't realise was that when I went back a page, it defaulted to a date that I had not put in, hence I now have a hotel booked in January 2027 instead of in May. Very infuriating as they could give you at least 24 hours grace. I contacted them within minutes. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend it. I think it's almost criminal.

RC Software has proved to be the cheapest distributor of PC software I have found. The product is 100% genuine and works without any bugs or glitches, just the way it was intended. The installation process was explained well and proved easy to follow. A very easy and straightforward installation. I am 100% pleased with the company’s service and my purchase.

It is several years since I used Groupon following a poor experience and after 5 years I would have thought things would have improved.

I purchased licensed software 'Office 2024 for Mac which I had to download, which is normal nowadays and followed a comprehensive set of instructions. Although I received a licence number following my purchase, I was unable to use or register the number on my official Microsoft account and ended up with a generic licence number for my Office programmes.

Although I asked questions of the support staff and they answered quickly, I was not given a satisfactory answer to my specific questions referred to above.

The generic licence does work, but I remain concerned, that for whatever reason, it may not work on a perpetual basis. For this reason, I can't recommend them, nor would I purchase again. I offered them the chance to refund me but they ignored this request. I will have to wait and see.

I would have expected Groupon to have completed basis due diligence to avoid issues surrounding resellers on their platform.

Payment was glitchy, no orders confirmed so husband ordered the product. Hours later I have two confirmation emails. Products arrive the wrong colour. Return them both but no refunds. Keeps being ‘escalated’

Excellent website. I have used Groupon for a decade and have always been happy with the value for money and the ease/efficiency of getting the vouchers.

The food was lovely and couldnt fault it but the spa was very busy. There was a lot of people having either afternoon tea and spa or 2 course lunch and spa, which is fine if timings are staggered. The changing room was very busy with only one lockable changing room and there mustve been about 7/8 people trying to get ready for aft tea/ lunch at same time, wasnt ideal. Wouldve been better just the 2 course lunch.
