Here as promised edit...Product was received and even if there is issue with one of parts that warped due to welding that was delivered, customer service was very fast with their response(1-2 hours from original email) to start addressing issue. Once it was resolved may be we can think of 5 start edit.

Everything went very smooth. Shipping was fast and my light arrived in perfect condition.

Hands down one of the best customer service interaction I've ever had. Live in tn and seen a sale on a medic grow light but when I tried to buy it, I was given a message it couldn't ship to me. One week later I'm still shopping for a light and I still see this light for sale so I ask customer service if there's anything that can be done. Within 20 mins (woulda been sooner than that I just didn't see the reply) I had the order confirmation and not only that, I was even a lil short on the shipping cost so they still went the extra mile by knocking off what I was short which was 20 bucks I think. So I can't say enough for this company. I ordered Friday and I believe if today wasn't Columbus Day that I would have it today. If you are in need of a light look no further cause this place really wants your business and it shows. Too many times I have asked about something to do with a light, specs, shipping, or even costs because God forbid you actually let the customer know the price without them having to send an email to ask for the price. This place has all my lighting business from here on out.

I paid a shipping fee for the magic trimmer since it was going to be delivered in Canada. When UPS delivered the package, we had to pay another fee of $119.39. So in all, we paid more than half of the value of the trimmer to be shipped. Since writing this review, Grow Light Central has gotten back to us. They where not aware of UPS’s outrageous fee’s and are working on using other shipping companies. This was out of there control but they offered a credit anyways which we were happy to accept. It is nice to see a company go out of there way to rectify a problem. If only UPS could follow this principle.

got the light plugged it in it works hopefully it will perform like the veg 8 and I will still be able to use it in several years most of the other light manufacturers you are lucky to get through veg before the crash
