Great quality, un knowledgeable staff
I was misled as far as their financing is concerned I was told it was a credit card and it turned out to be alone, and it was very difficult to have the difference of the loan expunged from my payment for what I actually purchased. So I was misled by their staff.

Laura was incredibly helpful throughout the process and understood exactly what I wanted and needed. I had a good experience in the store
I had a good experience in the store. But my purchase which was already paid in full was to be sent. I was told they were going to ship to the store so they could examine them. But then I never heard that they were reviewed or that they were sending them to me. I had to call twice and then finally got the manager who sent them out overnight. I expect a lot more when I’m spending that kind of money.

We ordered a custom size at the store and the clerk failed to arrange it. When we tried to contact the store via telephone and email, we recieved no response.

I went into the store front. I thought I knew what I wanted.
