Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 46 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently praise the remarkably fast delivery service, emphasizing how carefully items are securely wrapped to protect them during transit. Buyers are consistently impressed by the exceptionally healthy roots, vibrant appearance, and strong overall quality of the plug plants they receive for their gardens. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery condition, explaining that tightly compressed boxes caused delicate live plants to arrive crushed and severely damaged. A few other people also felt let down by customer support, pointing out missing items or lengthy delays in receiving requested replacements.

Great company.

The 400 plug plants we ordered arrived well packaged. They were super healthy and happy and hardened off ready to plant.

Growtanical went above and beyond for me and all my many questions relating an early pre-order and shipping to Jersey.

Healthy little plugs

Healthy little plugs although the Lobelia had suffered a bit & many were loose in their box. Labelling hit & miss but there's a packing list which helps sort things out. Overall, all good

Pleasantly surprised.

I was apprehensive about using this company for the first time. However, my plants were dispatched very quickly and arrived in good shape. They were well rooted and had good amounts of top growth. The packaging needs to be improved a little as they had slipped out of their bags but other than that I was really pleasantly surprised. Good prices too.
