I ordered the oppo find x9 pro and received the package in a little over a month (but it was over December, so longer shipping is to be expected). Additionally, the package did take a little while before it was even shipped, however upon writing a question to them I got a reply quite fast reasuring that the product would be sent. So overall the experience was good and the product arrived safe.

Got the package relatively fast with some gifts. Well packed, support were well informed, helpful.

Shipping to germany was a tiny bit later than expected, but the overall experience was still excellent. Ordered a new Oneplus phone and got a bunch of extras in the box. Would greatly recommend

Even though i placed order during hollydays communication was great, i got all answers next day.

After some misunderstanding situations about an order, finally the phone came correctly and they partially refunded for a non-original charger missing.but the sended me another one and they let me keep it.

There are 2-3 different departments that handles problems,and that is what causes the complications.

I purchased the Oppo Find X9 Pro from Gshopper. The shipment arrived without any additional customs fees or taxes. I placed the order at the beginning of December and received the package before Christmas, which I consider a very good delivery time.
I paid extra for faster shipping, but the delivery time was similar to customers who did not choose this option. However, I received a refund for the fast shipping, so the store handled the situation fairly.
Overall, a positive shopping experience. Good communication and honest customer service.
