I have such good experience with the customer service team. They are really fast responsive and also deliver clear information. Not to mention they are really help me a lot. So I make an order but wrongly put my email so I couldn’t receive any order information and I tried to email them, and they help me quickly and clearly.
The quality of the batteries is worse than the 5 year old battery I wanted to replace. All THREE under 65%(!!) in capacity. They blame me, the customer, for their own poor quality control. Instead of fixing the problem and sending me a good quality battery, they want to refund me ONLY if I send back all three batteries, leaving my phone with 0 battery. So I'm stuck, despite the fact they have the equipment to test a battery before sending.
Every battery's serial number is the same, so these are not original/OEM. Battery's top and bottom part are also too thick. This prevents the back glass from going on properly, as well as causing lines in the LCD to appear on the slightest touch.
Also, it's funny how customer service sent me a message about my review right after posting, but my complaint about the third faulty battery I sent days ago to the same person was still unanswered 🤡.
They're not letting my review show on Google reviews, this is ridiculous 😂. I wonder how many more bad experiences are hidden/deleted.
GSMBatterij's customer service is the best I have experienced in Europe to date. I made a mistake on my order and put in the incorrect address and did not receive the battery I ordered. Post NL takes around 5 weeks to return a package to sender. I followed up on the order after about 3 weeks and Twan helped me determine what the issue was. I decided to wait for Post NL to return the battery so I did no thave to buy a new one. Twan sent me a new battery at no charge as he determined that it would take to long for me to wait without use of my phone. How incredible. Twan was professional, friendly and awesome to deal with - any products they carry that I need in future will be purchased from GSMBatterij. You have a customer for life.
