Very easy company to deal with and completed a very professional install of my home EV charger. The two electricians who came to the house were very neat and polite and represented the company very well. I would recommend GSM for any electrical work.

GSM Electrics are my go-to company for anything electrical they've completed outside lights, a complete Solar PV and storage battery system and today they installed an electric radiator in my bathroom ALL of which were done to the highest standards and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Pleasure to deal with this company. The lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and dealt with my enquiry promptly, answered all my questions and gave me the information that I needed. The appointment was booked for a time and date to suit me, a reminder email sent the day before was a nice touch. The electricians arrived on time and carried out the work as required with no fuss. The certificates for the work carried out were emailed to me quickly once the invoice was paid.

Brilliant company to deal with, I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.

It was so easy dealing with GSM Electrical. The team in the office (particular shout out to Lauren) and the guys who came to fit our system were really efficient and friendly. It couldn't have been a smoother process.

Problem with repeated tripping of fuse for kitchen appliances. Called at lunchtime and they were able to fit in a call out later that day when the matter was investigated and solution identified.

We have used GSM for all of our Electrical Work for Years so when we wanted Solar Panels and a Battery they were a good option. We had other quotes but Greg was 100% transparent on the costs and had ZERO mark-up on the kit (others were less clear but had added £1K) and shows the costs for the work GSM do. The guys are always on time, neat and tidy on the job and respectful with 4 guys for 3 days in every part of the house. The Office Team sorted out all the admin - meter codes etc. They give a great service and we trust them as they have always been open and honest. Already recommended them to do a similar job which also went well for a friend

I contacted GSM last year to enquire about getting a second electric meter cut off and getting a new hot water control installed. The company were great to deal with from initial contact with the office and throughout all the procedures we needed to have done. Everything was explained clearly about removing all the electrics from the second meter and put to our main meter. We had a brand new fuse board installed so it meet standards. Everything was promptly done, the fellas tidied up after themselves and I was given the relevant certification. I will also add that I was impressed with the cost, I had a few quotes for the job and had assumed that they would be more expensive than an individual electrician, definitely not the case, GSM were definitely the best quote. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again.

The team who carried out the work on my house were very pleasant, experts at their job and with very little upheaval. We had a few small issues which were resolved immediately. Brilliant guys.

Very helpful, they fitted using last minute to make sure other work could be carried out in time. Always very polite and all work carried out to high standard. Price was very reasonable. The office staff are fab as well, always happy to answer questions and help make the arrangements. They've worked in several rooms now and I would be happy to use them again.
