This company deserves five stars from us. The service was fantastic and prompt. Absolutely love my new boiler as I thought initially that this must be a scam but not at all. From start to finish these was a friendly team and got straight to work fitting my new boiler and now my house feels lovely so thanks again and would highly recommend.

New boiler and underfloor insulation
Had a busy day with new boiler installed and underfloor insulation installed. Great jobs done by professional people, my mind put at ease coz of the temporary ness involved, but overall very impressed! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When I first heard of this company my first reaction was to say “ too good to be true “ but I have to say I have been nothing short of delighted, from the office staff to the three young men who dealt with the insulation and last but not least the guy who installed my boiler. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
After discussing Boiler Options on offer, Green Team representative convinced me on phone and I agreed on Ideal Combi Plus, payed extra charge with extended warranty from the manufacturer. After installation I realized a lower grade Boiler was installed which do not qualify for the extended warranty as promised. I complained but Green Team is refusing to accept any responsibility, claiming the one I had has a higher output [which I don't need for the size of my house] hence the extra cost. I ask for my receipt for the work done and I was told that will take up to six month. To add salt to injury the new boiler broke down within 1[ONE] month and I contacted Green Team just to be told it is not their responsibility so I should call the manufacturer, which I have done. Three days after the break down nothing has been sorted, still no heating, no hot water in my house in January 2021 cold

Its unfortunate you feel this way. A receipt has been issued and the delay has been due to Covid19 and we would never have said 6 months. The issue is with the boiler and not the installation hence being advised to contact the manufacturer. All boilers are under a Government Scheme and they do not come with extended warranty. Be very careful with these lot!
They said they were a broker and gave work to Curzon North West. I was surprised to find out that Green Team and Curzon North West were the same company! I complained about work done by Curzon North West to replace a boiler and they said there was nothing they could do and referred me back to Curzon. I am now left to pay for remedial work as Curzon won't accept liability. I am in the process of taking it up legally and with the Government grant scheme.

The green team. a truth professional service through-out !!
The green team, came to fit me a new Worchester boiler roundabout July 2020, really i have nothing to add, only to give this company my thanks and to applause their truth profession service they gave me from start to finish.
The engineer who install the boiler (Andy I think!) undertook the work to the highest standard & worked til 9am to 7pm at night, which when left alone just got with job! He was very friendly & explained what he was doing, step by step all through-out the service.
All in all , if you are ever lucky enough to be offered to have this company undertake work for you, don’t hesitate to go with them, you won’t be disappointed , as for the new Worchester boilers there are amazing!

I recently had a grant funded boiler fitted by green team energy solutions.
The service I received from the office staff who took my initial enquiry to the engineer who fitted the boiler was excellent, and all done within days. Considering this work was carried out in such a short time scale during the covid pandemic was ammazing.
I Really can't rate this company highly enough .
