Terrible experience with GTOMEGA.
I ordered a Hybrid cockpit but received a LITE version instead — not even close to what I paid for. Completely unacceptable.
To make things worse, there’s no contact number to resolve the issue. I’m stuck with the wrong product and no proper support. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
When you spend your money, you expect to receive exactly what you ordered, or at least have fast customer service to fix the mistake. Right now, I have neither.
On top of that, the delivery company, DHL, marked the item as collected when it hadn’t even been picked up. This only made the situation more confusing and frustrating.
Very poor experience overall. This has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

Brilliant deals on all sim racing equipment, customer service was great handling a little problem l had with delivery.

Looked at a few Sim Rig brands but went with GT Omega and I have to say am incredibly happy that I did! The quality of the Rig is really superb. I went with the Prime Lite-R with RS12 and it’s plenty rigid and comfortable enough for me, whilst assembly takes time but everything is of top quality! The packaging was brilliant and professional, whilst delivery was also on point as I could choose which day it was delivered, very important given the amount of boxes it arrived in. Love the mat that came as an extra addition, and I will be getting further accessories down the line. Many thanks!

I ordered a Moza R9 base from Gtomega yesterday as it was a great price and secondly it was available. The discount that is currently going was also a nice touch so I didn’t hesitate and place my order. To my surprise I received the base today!! Absolutely rapid very well packed. I heard good things about GTomega for a long time and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you

I recently purchased a set of Moza CRP2 pedals from GT Omega. Unfortunately the product was faulty straight out of the box. The throttle pedal did not register any input in Moza Pit House from first installation.

Before contacting them I spent around five hours troubleshooting the issue. I work in IT so I’m very familiar with technical diagnostics. I reinstalled Moza Pit House, tested multiple firmware versions, recalibrated the base, checked all cables and connections, and tested multiple USB ports. The throttle still would not register.

When I contacted the retailer, instead of helping resolve the issue they repeatedly told me I had to go through the manufacturer (Moza) first. This involved waiting up to 48 hours between replies from Moza support even though the item was clearly faulty on arrival.

After multiple emails and a lot of wasted time, I returned the pedals for a refund. The retailer then refused to refund my £18 return postage even though the item was defective.

The most frustrating part is that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the retailer is responsible for faulty goods and the cost of returning them. Their internal policy does not override consumer law.

Overall this was extremely disappointing customer service for a brand new faulty product. Instead of resolving the issue quickly they chose to rely on internal policy, lose a customer, and leave a very poor experience.

I will not be purchasing from them again.

I love everything I've bought from GTOmega, Sim rig, add on mounts, seat, all fantastic build quality. The actual cherry on top are the folks that work there, friendly, helpful and professional no end! If you're buying sim gear, look no further.

I've trusted gt omega with all of my sim racing products and never had a problem. The delivery and condition of the products were always delivered spot on and on time

I have used GT Omega for quite a few years now, think i bought my Apex stand (on ebay never knew about the site till then).

Recently i upgraded all my Thrustmaster TS-PC Racer pedals to MOZA and i bought it all at GT Omega as they have great customer service and your goods are delivered very fast and brillient prices i love it all.

Just today i have recieved a new EVO Ergonomic Chair from GT Omega and again fast delivery and great products they are my go to for any Sim things first before any where else.

So all in all a fantastic company with great service and the people at GT Omega know there stuff and they like a bit of fun too.

Great price, fast delivery, and really well packaged. I was kept informed all the way through. Couldn’t ask for more — highly recommend.

Avoid like the plague! They lie and are extremely incompetent.

I spent nearly £2,000 on an ‘in stock’ rig, seat, wheel base, wheel, pedals & monitor mount. I even paid extra for a front mounting wheel base.

The item they advertise as ‘in stock’ cost more than the others that were ‘not in stock’ so you’d think for £50+ delivery you’d get it within a few days. Nope it was actually not in stock and they import it over.

Once it arrived not one thing arrived labelled, not one guide as to how to set up nothing. Their online guides are all outdated and rubbish. Honestly just look at the picture of it set up and go from there, much much much easier. They also sent me wrong parts so I had to go on amazon to actually order the correct parts.

I used their ‘Moza Bundle Builder’ to order everything, yet the items they advertise are not actually compatible with their rigs. The pedals arrived but can not be securely mounted as they do not align with their cockpit pedal base. Crazy when you come to think I ordered the most expensive one! I thought go for the best so there’s no issues! How wrong was I?!

On top of that I paid extra for a better front mounting wheel base only to discover once again it’s not actually compatible with the move wheel base that’s in their bundle builder!!! Why have the cockpit there when it’s not actually compatible?!

Nearly 3 weeks later still not got it working as the rig is inadequate and not compatible.

Avoid big time and go for something more reputable and of better build quality not these cheap flimsy products from these guys. I wouldn’t be surprised if they just used Ali baba to order these in!

I will be contacting my bank to issue a charge back as I have timestamps of every stage of the ‘moza bundle builder’ to prove their products are inadequate and faulty.

Will also be reporting them to the AsA as they are advertise under false pretence as well as selling faulty products (if you’re advertising bundles together that don’t actually work that’s then a faulty product).

When you message them you get the same generic responses and when you actually show them their product doesn’t work it’s faulty you get radio silence.

1* is too much for these cowboys.

Everything was done in a timely manner and executed perfectly.

I ordered on Monday and received my order Wednesday morning, they used DHL which did worry me to begin with as I am aware how troublesome they can be at the best of times - but I had no issues whatsoever. Keep up the good work.

I ordered the Pro Series 2.0 XL and the experience was a disaster. Delivery was delayed, and even then, it arrived in two separate deliveries three days apart. When I finally had all the parts to build it, I discovered a major manufacturing defect: the frame was misaligned, causing a permanent 10mm lean to one side.

To make matters worse, customer service tried to fob me off by claiming I had to pay for the return shipping myself for a faulty item. I had to specifically reference the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and escalate the matter to senior staff before they finally agreed to follow the law and cover the costs. Extremely poor service and zero quality control IMO.

My order was sent via DHL as a signed-for delivery. It was marked as delivered at 14:17 on the 4th, but no one was home at the time and no signature was obtained. The delivery photo they’ve given shows the parcel left unsecured on top of a table in an open porch, in full view of the main road, despite no safe place being authorised. When a member of the household returned home at around 3:00pm, the parcel was no longer present. The item is a high-value sim racing rig and has almost certainly been stolen due to the courier leaving it in an exposed and insecure location.
I have since been in touch with GT Omega and DHL, both are now not responding to my emails. Luckily I have paid via PayPal and have raised the issue with them.

Order the GT omega prime lite and within a week it was delivered. After building the rig I didnt really know what to expect. But what a build quality. Its really sturdy know flex in the rig. Together with the RS12 seat is a amazing combo. Its so comfitable. Good job Omega GT
