I would like to point out the long-lasting problem with Cardano staking (I have been waiting for their solution for almost 6 months - still not done). the second thing is that Guarda was not included as a verifed wallet in Midnight airdop, which is a huge disapointment. But on the other hand I have to say that support team is very responsive

Some issues but not disappointed
Guarda wallet works with back-up files, my first thought was why they make it more complicated than other wallets.
Also I have problems with adding a reiceive address so at the moment 3 stars for the wallet and 5 stars for the support team.
So I give 4 stars.
The support -
To people who are new in crypto space, don't be sad they can not help you when you will lose your seed phrase.
Be happy, if they could give you your seed phrase they would own your coins...
Like I said I had some issues but the entire support team replied within one hour at my mails and does everything to find the cause.
They keep me updated even when I don't send a new mail so one of the best support teams I ever met.

Guarda support usually finds an answer in an ever changing landscape.
Over the years I've seen a lot of issues come and go. New currencies not playing nice with exchanges, not fully functional, OS update introduced problems what have you, but Guarda support always did what they could and often we solved the issues asap. Just wanted people to know that after many years I'm still a happy customer and know for a fact the people at Guarda are on the level.

For the future
Good app. Any issues I've ever had (mostly because I was new), have been resolved through the LiveChat.
Years ago, I had played around with crypto and opened multiple accounts on exchanges and hot wallets. Guarda was one of those wallets. Fast forward to around 2024-ish, I decided to download it again. Lo and behold, I still had coins in my wallet that I had completely forgotten about. That was enough for me to get settled back in with them.

Their response to the exchange problem was immediate, after clarification as to what the problem was, I was reassured the developers would resolve it as soon as possible.

Great problem solving
I am using Guarda wallet last 4 years and yesterday I faced problem with exchange for the first time.
Once I contacted support via telegram I received immediate answer, they kept all their promises including "we will find out details and come back in 15 minutes". The process was clear and I am absolutely happy with the result.

Excellent wallet & Exchange. Well done. I’ve used a number of digital wallets for this coin or that coin, and multi chain. This is one of the better ones so far. Pretty intuitive while at the same time incorporating multi-chain swaps and exchanges (bridging) fairly transparently. Minimal fee’s to boot. A nice touch with the hierarchical structure of main net coin(s) and then subnet coin(s) below.
