Great wallet
Great wallet, I like how you can create new individual crypto wallets within it, also can import individual wallets into the guarda app also. Have not seen any other wallet applications do this. The prices on coins update at a set time, maybe 5 to 15 minutes or something so it's not a live trading wallet so to say, yet I think it is the best for holding your coins and managing them for long term. I had some issues with XMR synchronisation and the Guarda help team gave me a live response, took details and emailed me back within a day with a resolution which worked. Great experience for me all around.

this is the 10th time I'm trying to unstake my coins, each time says "success" but hasn't allowed me, not to mention I used the "loan" portion and have attempted to pay back loan and get my collateral back 7 times and keeps saying I will get my coins in 15 min. and still have not received them... its been over a month

I entered my password and it said error, that it was not the key, I could not access, then I had to go to restore or import and since I have my backup text and with that I was able to enter, another thing it does not let me enter the password, every time I exit guard.com I enter again and it says create a new wallet, the only way to enter is with restore or import, why is this happening

If you want to lose your money
If you want to lose your money, try using Guarda Wallet. It’s a non-custodial wallet — something their support team constantly reminds you of when issues arise. However, despite being non-custodial, the wallet still controls key functions like address creation and sending transactions. In my case, when I created a "gas-free" wallet, it generated an incorrect wallet address.
Support was completely unhelpful. They replied with generic responses clearly generated by ChatGPT. One reply even included the phrase, “Let me know if you’d like to turn this into a ready-to-send support reply,” showing they didn’t even bother editing the AI's output.
You might get assistance if you have basic questions like “What is crypto?”, “How to send crypto?”, or “Why are fees high?” But if your problem stems from Guarda's own errors, don’t expect real help. I never received a human response. If I ever do hear from a real person at Guarda, I’ll update this review accordingly.
Recommendation: Do not use Guarda for anything beyond simple functions. If you must, import your existing wallet into the app, but avoid creating a new wallet using Guarda.
If the company wants better reviews, the first thing they should improve is their support.
This is the first review I’ve ever written — motivated purely by the stress and frustration caused by Guarda Wallet, especially the support experience.
