l staked 914 ONT in Oct.2024.l didin't got any ONG so far and my ONT assest disappeared.my wallet balance showing zero(0).
l wrote many times to support but always they say "we are still waiting for updates from our technical department"

I got a wallet with them for xdc and…
I got a wallet with them for xdc and then later added xrp I had to recover my account with the phrase words and my xrp wasn’t there. They said it had a whole other backup that I didn’t download. When you write down the phrase words you think you’re protected. I lost my coins and no one was able to help. Don’t get this wallet
