My very first flowers from Guernsey flowers was i n 1969 they were then known as post roses and my husband sent a dozen red roses from them after reading an advert about them while he was abroad, the roses that came were so very beautiful I pressed one which i still have 50 years later. I recently saw and advert for Guernsey flowers so ordered some Freesia and it is the same company that sent those roses years ago , and again just excellent service and truly beautiful flowers , you wont be Disappointed if you purchase from this company.

Bought some freesias for my sister in law who was thrilled with them as they are her favourite flower. She said the scent was gorgeous and filled the room with their fragrance. The service was excellent and I was kept informed all through the process. A big thank you to you for making everything so easy. Will be ordering for myself next time.

Guernsey Flowers are a great family firm to deal with. Their orders are second to none and look exactly as the photos depict. Communication is excellent and I highly recommend them for your floral orders.

Corrected their mistake quickly with lovely flowers. I did have a large order for Xmas which failed from them - not received anywhere near in full and poor quality. But customer services replied to my email within hours and have sent out beautiful fresh plants and flowers (and extra to what I ordered) in time for Christmas.

The family at Guernsey Flowers have been helpful and so pleasant to deal with. The flowers arrived within a couple of days especially as they come from 'abroad'.The flowers were in bud so my wife enjoyed watching them open up. Truly beautiful and so many. Thoroughly recommend.

The site was easy to navigate with a great choice of blooms at a very good price .

The flowers arrived on time , as promised , were well packaged and were excellent quality .

The flowers are always wonderful from Guernsey Flowers. I have never had any problems and they arrive well packaged and in good order. Willkeep on using them especially the Freesias as they are our favourites.

Appalling customer service. I paid £11.95 for guaranteed delivery on my mother's birthday and not only was it not delivered on time, it was delivered late and to the wrong address. I tried twice to contact their customer services (which promises a reply within one business day) and I'm still waiting for a response (as I write, it's been 6 days now). Seems once they have your money, they don't care - despite what their website promises. I won't be back.

I have ordered 2 bouquets for delivery today for a special occasion.

I have had no contact regarding tracking. I paid extra for the nominated date.
I emailed yesterday afternoon and have had no reply. What should have been a special day is now stressing me out.

I received the wrong colour freesias and three of the stems were broken. I opted for nominated day delivery by DPD but I received the parcel (badly managed in transport - squashed, broken at two of its corners and almost open) by Royal Mail.
But the freesias were fresh and in bud, although poorly secured inside the box.
I have to say, this company has an excellent customer service. The way Laura, their representative, dealt with rectifying my issues was impressive - I was offered a complementary freesias bouquet of the right colour, and I was refunded £7.00, the difference in cost of the delivery, although I had received my flowers on the nominated day.
It is more than obvious that this company has the best of intentions, which is commendable and touching. If I may offer some advice - they should choose more carefully the staff dealing with packing and their courier.

The gorgeous freesias arrived on time, fresh as a daisy and smelling divine. Our friend, recovering from surgery, was over the moon and they lifted her spirits immensely. The photo she sent us of her huge vase of flowers was proof positive of how wonderful this company is - their service impeccable, the quality of their flowers perfection.

I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday who lives in Guernsey. I chose this company as it suggests they are based in Guernsey so seemed practical. Sadly I have discovered this is not the case and they are now based 'on the mainland'. I chose the delivery date as today, for her birthday but she has not received them. In the order small print it says to allow '2-3 days' for delivery - what is the point in selecting a delivery date?? First experience using this company and not a positive one.

Having looked at company replies they always suggest that they cannot guarantee delivery date with standard delivery. However all of the other 'guaranteed' options are not available for Channel Islands. Why give the option of a delivery date when you cannot guarantee delivery to the Channels Islands where your name suggests you are based...

Interesting that 1/5 of Trust Pilot reviews are one star which would suggest one in five customers will be disappointed. Ordered freesias for my wife to commemorate the first anniversary of her mother's death. Specified the date but they arrived at 9pm the following day. In poor condition and several buds had to be thrown away. Contacted them and got an apology but basically they said "these things happen". Did them a review on their website but it mysteriously hasn't been published.
