Guernsey Flowers have always delivered for me. My last order was posted on line on Friday afternoon and delivered as promised on Saturday. The freesias were well wrapped, protected against possible damage and started to open immediately. They lasted long after the "use by" date, with scent and beautiful blooms. I have used Guernsey Flowers regularly - they have always been easy to deal with and deliver the goods.

Beautiful fresh flowers by post ! I live abroad in the USA but have family and friends in England . It is lovely to be able to trust that someone will receive a beautiful bouquet in excellent condition within a specific time frame. I recently ordered freesias for my friend’s birthday, and there was a last minute error in the address that I didn’t notice until I had completed my purchase . I emailed the company and they immediately corrected the issue . Not only were they responsive, but they followed up to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct address . My friend was thrilled , and I was relieved . International post can be very unreliable and so this is a really nice and reliable alternative. The gift of fresh Flowers is always a joy . Their customer service exemplary .

The sad part is that they have done away with ordering by phone 📱 so it’s all on line which for myself is a problem due to age which again probably was decided by the younger generations that don’t have the experience of age.

Excellent quality beautiful flowers well packed and arrived on specified date. This was a repeat order, and I recommend and will use again!

Ordered a bouquet for my mother’s 80th birthday and wanted it delivered to her hotel on Guernsey where she was on holiday. Order placed 1st September for delivery 8th September. By 9th September they had still not arrived! No phone number available and it took hours for anyone to respond to my email which was simply an apology and ‘I’m sure it will be delivered today.’ Hugely disappointed.
